O Quarto é enorme, com sala e mini cozinha. Na primeira noite tivemos um vazamento no quarto e a equipe foi muito gentil e atenciosa e nos mudou de quarto em dois dias. Todos da equipe são muito atenciosos e gentis. O hotel fornece água com e sem gás de cortesia. O quarto tem geladeira grande, pequeno fogão, microondas, Lava-louças e lava-roupas. A localização é no calçadão da Viex Nice, onde não chega carro, mas é excelente para estar próximo de restaurantes, comércio, sorveterias e pontos turísticos. A praia é bem perto. O quarto era voltado para o pátio interno o que o tornou silencioso. Adoramos esse hotel e recomendamos.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a very large room with two queen beds. Perfect location, so close to Cours Saleya market and the Nice beaches... Would highly recommend staying here

Loved the walk-in shower! The front desk staff were all so nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and well decorated. We even had a sliver of a view up toward Castle Hill! Loved the location in Old Town.

This is an excellent apartment in a wonderful location! Our family of 4 (two children) had plenty of room, the apartment was clean and comfortable for our week's stay in Nice. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and answering any questions we had. We really loved the location with the big windows and natural light. It was very walkable to everything situated right in Old Nice overlooking a plaza where there was the antique market, food market and 3 minute walk to beach and many shopping areas. We absolutely loved our stay!

The staff made the effort to get us in early when we arrived which was so helpful. The room was nice and cool even though it was blazing hot outside. Clean, well-maintained and spacious. Recommend highly!

A great little apartment in the heart of everything.

Great location (close to everything and beach), spacious room for the family with 2 teens. Loft was very helpful. We felt like we had 2 rooms. There are a lot of shopping, restaurants, just in the heart of Old Town. AC was ok but I feel that 90% properties in France has inadequate AC (especially by the American standards), however, it did work. We had small kitchenet and washer/dryer that we had an issue to figure out:) The hotel is a little distance from the train station but still walkable.

As a family of five, we had an excellent stay at this hotel/apartment. The location was outstanding—just a 2-minute walk to the Promenade and within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelato, and crêpe shops. There were also several stores nearby that sold everything we needed for the beach, including water shoes, floaties, goggles, and other essentials for kids. Having a pharmacy just around the corner was also very convenient (although it is closed on Sundays). The only downside was the noise at night. We happened to visit during the FIFA games, and the hotel management had already informed us that it would be louder than usual and that it was unfortunately beyond their control. The windows don’t block much of the outside noise, so you can hear quite a bit from the street. Improving the window insulation would make a noticeable difference. Thankfully, after long days of sightseeing, our family was so tired that we still slept well. One thing to keep in mind is that Uber cannot drive directly to the property, so you’ll need to walk a few minutes to the nearest main road for pickup and drop-off. If you’re traveling with children or luggage, it’s worth allowing a little extra time. Overall, the fantastic location and convenience made this a wonderful place for our family. Staff is wonderful and made our stay comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other families visiting Nice.

It’s very noisy in our room that faces a busy square. There are bars and restaurants next door that open till midnight or later.

Very central, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. A bakery and ice cream shop next door was perfect. There are also two bars on the corner and there was a lot of festivities when France won a football game. We enjoyed experiencing it! The room was very good, nice beds, clean and housekeeping was excellent. Really enjoyed the free refills of water and that we had a washing machine in our kitchen. We also used the pick up and drop off service to and from the airport and both our chauffeurs were polite and helpful and informative. Made our first visit to Nice extra good. Will visit again! Thank you!

Hôtel charmant dans un ancien palais, tout rénové, chambre spacieuse et confortable, très propre. Hyper bien situé dans le vieux Nice. Le seul point négatif est que c’est un peu bruyant la nuit, mais c’est normal car on est juste en haut des bars et restaurants. On a adoré!
