Beautiful room and great service. I only deducted a point, because breakfast was 145 SAR ($40!!) Not good value at all. But the staff was very polite and helpful, they upgraded my room to a huge suite, and the hotel was spotless.

The staff went above and beyond to provide us a 5 stars service. We truly felt we were at home. They are very understanding and helpful.

My experience is always very good here and when I am in Jeddah this is my hotel. Good services, very welcome at the reception. Nice room and very good breakfast. The bed very comfortable.

The breakfast was very poor

It's quiet only a 10 minute drive Jeddah Airport (max SAR60 to get there). The breakfast is good.

Hotel is in fairly good condition. We arrived very early in the morning to find a very quiet hotel as days start later in Saudi Arabia. We booked this hotel because of hotel.com platinum privileges VIP access such as breakfast, upgrade, triple one key, but none of the perks was honored by the property. Room is basic but clean, spa's hot tub unheated, steam room being serviced, and general public areas not tidy. Staff including front desk, porters, housekeeping are super nice and made the hotel stay great. Upon leaving we were called a taxi to airport, only to find out we were charged double of Uber, with credit card machine not working, so we ended up paying even more with foreign currency. This really had nothing to do with the hotel, but just a tip not to take a taxi.

The staff at the reception desk were amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. Specifically Abdalla, Asim and Duha. It’s refreshing to see young professionals doing their job so efficiently.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Al baik food right across hotel. Pharmacy nearby Rest we took uber to ho around to malls etc.

Muy buen hotel en Jeddah con buena relación calidad precio. Todo funciona muy bien y el personal del hotel es muy amable. El servicio es muy bueno y volvería a alojarme ahí sin dudarlo.
