Staffs are very caring for guests but the property is not up to mark.The good thing is it's not far from the mall road

We had a great stay at Hotel Orchid. Very friendly and accommodating staff. There were issues with the wi-fi one evening, but we informed the staff and they fixed it for us right away. We would stay again!

The hotel is located a short way from Gantok town or a 100 rupee ride. The hotel has very well trained staff who are always ready to help our check in was fast and painless. Breakfast was good a full selection of food and of course excellent tea. We ate in the restaurant several times great food excellent service (thank Supiayna) enjoy our stay and would recommend and use again. Dave and Sal Yorks

The hotel is over priced. Facilities are not great. Even for the deluxe room the photographs shown about a good view etc. are no where close to the actual experience. More importantly they don’t have elevators; something which should be highlighted clearly in the description.
