Only outlet that worked was in the bathroom and they only had one USB plug.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were extremely clean

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The pool stayed open until 11pm which was so awesome because we arrived tired and really wanted to swim and relax!

Even after 14 hours on the road, there was so much highway noise that it was very difficult to sleep. And when I called the front desk about a lot of people noise from the adjoining room at 11PM, they did not address it and seemed indifferent. Breakfast area opened late, even though there were several people waiting, and the only question I was asked at checkout was "do you want a receipt?". Definitely not what I expect from Holliday Inn Express.

It was Great! Our newly renovated room was awesome! Lots of room, comfortable bed, bathroom design is good too!! And the Breakfast is the best one around!! The people working the breakfast were fun and helpful!! Great stay! We would definitely stay here again!!
