Staff when checking in very helpful and friendly, the staff member when checking out was rude and accused our friends of eating breakfast there and not paying for it. She even went to check with another member of staff if they seen us at breakfast. The room was very basic, fine just for one night but VERY loud, did not get a good sleep due to the noise outside.

Cafe da manhã bem gostosinho com rápida reposição pelos funcionários. O rapaz da recepção que fala português super bem foi um encanto e nos ajudou muito subindo nossas várias malas pesadas pela escada e depois guardando tudo até dar o horário do nosso transporte! The room was clean, the staff were helpful and the price was great. The location is perfect for having easy access to both Gare de L’est and Gare du Nord.

Ótima estadia! Quarto pequeno, porém super atendeu a mim, meu marido e minha filha. Chegamos mais cedo e eles permitiram sem problemas que fizéssemos o check in logo. A moça responsável pelo café da manhã era super atenciosa, me fornecia alimentos sem glúten. O hotel era muito silencioso e a alguns passos do metrô. Super recomendo!

The receptionist took a long time to attend to us and put us on the 4th floor, but the elevator was broken. He said all you had to do was take the elevator, as if he didn't know it was broken. There was even a sign on the elevator door warning about it. We had to climb stairs with heavy luggage. The bathroom smelled like sewage.

Small rooms, tiniest elevator you will ever see but it works. Very good location and friendly staff. Did not eat at the breakfast buffet but looked good. Our room to the courtyard was very quiet. Great bakeries in walking distance. Would stay again if I had a couple of days and needed to take the train out of Gare de l’Est.

Tucked away on a quiet street not far from the busy streets. Check in and check out was easy. Staff were kind and room was clean and cozy, perfect for a couple looking to rest their heads after a busy day of adventures.

Right around corner from gare de l'est so good transport links. Room a bit on the tight side but good overall. Staff were great.

Tout le personnel est adorablement gentil et prévenant. Toujours prêt à remplir votre gourde d’eau bien fraîche. Le gérant nous a même proposé de regarder les feux d’artifice du 14 juillet, depuis la terrasse de l’hôtel. Quel magnifique moment! Un très grand merci à Silvio et toute son équipe!

Quarto com tamanho bom. Mas tinha carpete e o elevador é muito pequeno (só cabe uma pessoa). Café da manhã bom. Localização prática (perto de estações de trem e metrô), mas pode causar algum desconforto para quem tem medo de regiões com muitos pedintes. Não vi nada grave quanto à insegurança, mas há muitos imigrantes na região, de fato.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft, in der Nähe gibt es auch viele Cafés und Restaurants, das Metro liegt in fünf Minuten zu Fuß.

The hotel room was clean and the people at the front desk were nice. Could have provided more towels at the beginning of our stay.

We got this hotel because it was close to train station and the bus. We never spent much time here as we were exploring Paris. It was clean and everything worked well.
