Casa linda, antiga, mas bem conservada. Linda vista e áreas comuns também. Nos serviram o café no quarto, uma delícia as medialunas. Podiam ter iogurte, frutas e ovos mexidos também. O banheiro vasava água e ficava todo molhado após o banho. Isso foi bem ruim. De modo geral, achei um charme o hotel.

El edificio es hermoso, con mucha historia, el alojamiento es comodísimo y el staff es increíble. Es una experiencia única de inicio a fin, mucho más que un alojamiento. Es como estar en casa, o mejor! Lo recomiendo una y mil veces.

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms/apartments are spacious, breakfast is delicious and Pablo and the rest of the staff are incredibly welcoming. As a plus, this historic building is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

A acomodação não se parece com as fotos. Tive transtornos por dois dias com a água quente do chuveiro que parava de funcionar, além dos ar condicionados quentes que não funcionam bem. Fui surpreendida no check out ao saber que foi cobrado uma taxa adicional pela salada de frutas do café da manhã. Salada essa que nos foi oferecido no café e em nenhum momento sinalizaram sobre taxa extra ou qual seria o determinado valor, afinal, no ato da reserva constava “café da manhã grátis”, como assim as frutas não estão inclusas no café da manhã? Fui cobrada em dólares e ao questionar e insistir me cobraram em pesos argentinos. Tive que pagar 58.600 pesos argentinos por salada de frutas para 3 pessoas em 3 diárias. Você precisa de alguém para abrir a porta para que você entre e saia da propriedade, não é bacana. Não tem televisão nos quartos, a TV fica na cozinha, bem distante. O piso de madeira faz muito barulho. As roupas de cama e toalhas são boas. Não vi o terraço conforme mostram as imagens, o casarão é confuso e ninguém nos mostrou a propriedade, tivemos que procurar sozinhos e não achamos a piscina da foto.

This is the best hotel choice I’ve ever made. The apartment is of an enormous size and very beautiful. The owner lives on property and is as helpful as it gets, and also nice and smart. I’m coming back, bringing friends, and recommending it to everyone I know. Don’t worry about being not in the very center of the city, it’s much cozier here, and Uber rides are like $3.

El hotel está en un inmueble hermoso de 1910 con una decoración muy elegante. Pablo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Sin duda lo súper recomiendo y estoy segura que me volveré a alojar ahí

Truly boutique and special, owner operated with a personal touch, very helpful staff. Rooms are clean and curated with art and thoughtful pieces. Lovely courtyards full of vegetation and neat little nooks. Quiet residential neighbourhood, great for sleeping at night for energy to play during the day:)

Wir nutzten als Familie diese Unterkunft über mehrere Tage und erkundeten von hier aus Buenos Aires. Wir waren von Casa Umare begeistert! Es handelt sich um eine aufwändig renovierte Villa aus der goldenen Zeit Argentiniens. Familiäre Atmosphäre, hervorragender Service!!! Unsere Bleibe war nicht nur ein Zimmer, sondern eine richtige Wohnung mit Küche (inkl. Kühlschrank), Esszimmer und 2 Schlafzimmern (überall gut funktionierende, einzeln ansteuerbare Klimaanlagen). Frühstück kann in Frühstücksraum oder auf dem Zimmer eingenommen werden. Besteht aus einer Basisauswahl, die entsprechend der vielfältigen internationalen Gäste individuell (gegen etwas Zuzahlung) ausgestaltet werden kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit Schränken im historischen Stil ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen, modernen Fahrstuhl. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich persönlich mit sehr großem Engagement um das Wohl der Gäste. Vielen Dank dafür an dieser Stelle!

Excelente estadía, a casa é belíssima! O atendimento do Pablo e funcionários foi ESPETACULAR! Sempre prontos a ajudar. Além disso recebemos um upgrade e late checkin que elevou o nível de nossa viagem além da prontidão da equipe em nos ajudar com informações turísticas , pacote de Tango, etc. além dos drinks do restaurante serem DELICIOSOS!!!
