It's a bad thing, when you are a frequent guest of the hotel, and you are given the worst suite, no view, bad bathroom, weak water.

The area is amazing very walkable with so many dining options and the staff are trying their best to be hospitable, our check in experience was fast and hassle free. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options and eggs made at request. The rooms were massive like an apartment with full fledge living room. The AC is not central so it was a bit loud but the windows are blocking b any noise from outside. The room was not cleaned for the entire time of my despite having the please make up my room turned on all day for 2 days in a row.

AC’s on the rooms are very old and doesn’t cool anymore also tools need to be changed and already had enough rewashing

Excellent hotel. went the extra mile to ensure i had a pleasant stay. Upgraded me to a suite on my first visit. One of the best in the area

These are my observations which need more attention from the hotel management: - he reception staff need more training to get the professionals House keeping need more follow up and close supervision No left from the basement Garage to the above level Thanks

I was given a room with no windows. It felt like a bunker. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Pleasant stay and professional staff , service is up to the level and hotel is totally clean , I really enjoyed my stay there

The price the hotel charged was not the same as I bought originally through hotels.com. This was a bit of a shock when checking out. Overall it was £80 more.

The staff was extremely attentive and professional! We had an excellent breakfast selection and overall wonderful stay!

Convenient location located between good restaurants

Perfectly located and clean. It is my preferred choice when visiting Buraidah.

الفندق رائع وفاخر والموظفين في قمة الاحترام المشكلة الوحيدة ان المصعد لا يصل الى مواقف السيارات وتضطر الى النزول عبر الدرج.
