Hotel er lidt slidt og ikke særlig rent… Skørt at man skal bruge badehætte i poolen, når den ikke virker særlig ren!

Ottimo hotel 3 stelle. Pulito, ben condotto, colazione ben proposta

Pros: very clean, pretty good service overall, friendly staff, free parking, comfortable bed Cons: It doesn't look as pretty as in the pictures, but it's close, the bathroom in the room was too small, the breakfast takes a little long because of corona measures, one has to stand in front of the serving desk and choose what one wants, but it's OK.

Zimmer war noch nicht fertig als wir um 14.30 Uhr ankamen. Den Drink, den wir in der Wartezeit zu uns nahmen, hätte uns eigentlich kostenlos serviert werden sollen. Aber was solls, Frühstück war ok im Rahmen der Coronamaßnahmen.

4 nachten verbleven. Armando zorgde voor een goed ontvangst en samen met het andere personeel deden ze een stapje extra het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Je hoefde maar iets te vragen en ze regelden het. Ideale ligging. 20 min met auto van het strand en 10 min lopen naar mooi centrum voor heerlijk en betaalbaar eten. Mooi zwembad (je moet wel badmuts op). Heerlijk om eind van de dag nog wat af te koelen en een aperitiefje uit de bar te drinken. Kamers zijn schoon. Bedden/kussens heel hard. Kamers beetje gehorig. Docheschermen zijn aan vervanging toe. En waterdruk was wisseld. Maar het is dan ook 3 sterren hotel. Airco werkte prima en een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Toen we vroegen of we een fles wijn koud mochten zetten, werd er aangeboden een koelkast op onze kamer te zetten. Super service. We vlogen laat en mochten later uitchecken zodat we nog wat bij het zwembad mochten relaxen. Ontbijt is prima, echt italiaans. Dus veel zoetigheid. De meiden werken erg hard, als iets op is moet je gewoon heel even wachten. Dan komen de verse broodjes uit de oven.

Schönes kleines Hotel im schönen Ort Massa Marittima. Netter Pool, wenn auch das Wasser sehr kalt war. Sehr freundliche und ruhige Atmosphäre und tolles Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grandiose Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon aus mit Blick über die Toskana bis hin zum Meer.

Wir wollten eine zusätzliche Nacht bei diesem Hotel buchen. Wir erhielten auch eine Buchungsbestätigung vom Hotel. Als wir die Nacht antreten wollten, wurden wir vom Hotel aufgefordert, die Nacht wieder zu stornieren, da das Hotel doch kein Zimmer (trotz Buchungsbestätigung!) mehr frei hatte. Uns wurde vom Hotel ausdrücklich zugesichert, dass die Kosten erstattet werden. Bis heute erhielten wir keine Rückerstattung, sodass wir auf den Kosten sitzen bleiben. Wir können das Hotel und dessen Service leider nicht weiterempfehlen…!

Pros: the swimming pool, the parking (limited) and the location of the hotel, a stone's throw from the center and convenient for going out by car to the sea. The breakfast girls were very nice and efficient. Well organized breakfast Cons: The restaurant was closed and not indicated, so we had to move for dinner every day. Standard room, but tiny bathroom, no window and no extractor. Very few amenities (we washed ourselves with the products we brought because they used 1 every 2 days ...). The water pressure was not good (reported), and the air conditioning started by itself every now and then (also reported that) and it is not clear how the temperature works. The corridor doors slammed a lot, making the walls tremble. And the rooms weren't soundproofed properly - you could hear the neighbor's TV. They did not respect the timetables: theoretically they closed at 9.30pm and we had to bring a key to open the door. Instead there was one person on the night shift. Otherwise, the room key (which must be left at the reception every time) was accessible to everyone, customers and non-customers. Little security. Bad: the receptionist. Several times we had said that on the last day we would have to leave early but within the opening hours of the reception. Breakfast started 10 minutes late, and the receptionist showed up a further 25 minutes late, without apologizing. Then, even delays to pay, and problems to do it with the card! Magagne? This person should not work at the receptio

Very attentive to covid precautions. The restaurant was not available due to lack of staff but an alternative was provided in town with a discount applied to the restaurant bill. That dinner in the main square of massa Marittima was one of the highlights of our holiday. The hotel room was simple; Air con worked very well. The only let down was the bathroom, everything worked but it was not in a good condition.

Check-in rapido, personale gentile. Organizzazione, comfort, pulizia. Piacevole soggiorno.
