Very respectful staff and very clean facility.

There was no microwave in the room and we had to pay $20/d for renting the microwave. It’s so annoying to stay with the family with kids.

The location was excellent and easy to get to and is fairly new. The room was pleasant and clean. The breakfast was okay

Everything was fine but the beds are very firm. A central location.

Reception staff not friendly

The room was spotless and we loved the river view. The man who was working in the breakfast area was incredibly friendly and helpful. He switched easily between French and English and made everyone feel welcome. He was delightful.

We an a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly at the desk and the gentleman working in the breakfast area was very attentive and friendly. Some great restaurants, all in walking distance. Easy access to the highway to get to Old Quebec city.

Le stationnement intérieur est un peu difficile d'accès, car le grand nombre de barrières amènent beaucoup de confusion.
