The staff were attentive and friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the food exceptional 👌 would definitely stay again

Excellent staff and room. The evening menu is brilliant and rather large portions Unfortunately, breakfast is slow. You have to advise time to eat and what you require the day before

The hotel is set in a beautiful quiet village and the staff and food were amazing. The only two downsides were that the bed was extremely hard, as someone who prefers a firm mattress even I struggled with it and the first night we were staying there was a very noisy gathering in the garden until 1.30 am. However I can’t stress enough how lovely the place is and how amazing the food was.

Ok for the price. Staff pretty disinterested and the room was clean if basic. Breakfast was really good as was the goat curry in the evening.

We stayed for one night in this lovely old inn in beautiful Lyddington. Had a wonderful meal, mine roast chicken my husband's sea bass curry both delicious and nicely served. Breakfast was ok and the room very comfortable with adequate tea/coffee/milk. We did keep waking in the night as the duvet was too warm but we were cold without it. we would recommend the hotel and would stay there again if in the area.

Nice and clean. Would have given 5 stars if mattresses were better.

Nice clean room with everything you would need. Some noise from upstairs rooms due to squeaky floor boards but not a big issue. Breakfast was ok in quality, service was a little slow, especially when its pre booked for set times. Ample parking and a quiet environment make this hotel a different option to the bigger Corby locations

The staff were excellent. Room smelt of paint and was "Very basic " the pictures of the room on the Internet didn't match the room.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times when working in the area. Rooms are decent, clean. Would like a bigger tv but not the end of the world. Staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. Most evenings I work too late to have evening food but I did eat one evening and had the most amazing Butter Chicken. Always the first place I look to book when I’m working in this area.

All good. Pleasant and polite service. Room was clean and spacious. Nothing wow but that was not expected anyway.

The area is beautiful and there is a good parking area. The room was clean but the door and the window needed more maintenance as well as the property. Staff needs to be better trained in both service and language. They were kind but lacking in service skills.

Hotel was clean, but disappointing when we arrived at 9pm to be told we couldn't order a drink, even a bottle of wine to drink outside ? The water in the bathroom sink didnt even run cold, it was warm. The TV in the room was so small, you couldnt sit in bed to watch it . This was our 2nd stay, and we wont stay again .

Sadly the quality was only skin deep. When I walked I thought it would be fine but the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was cold and I can only assume there was a gymnastics competition going on upstairs which was very noisy.
