The Mani Mansions is a lovely hotel with a sedate yet elegant atmosphere harking back to a bygone age. The rooms are well appointed with traditional hardwood furnishings and tiled floors. Helpful staff made our stay comfortable. The vegetarian food menu with a focus on millet makes a refreshing change, though in other ways the variety on offer is super. We did not have breakfast as we had a predawn checkout for an early flight.

Nice location off the main road where it was green and quiet. Good breakfast and food. Clean lovely rooms. Nice staff.

The room was perfect and the staff was really nice, however overall we had a rather negative feeling. I think the hotel used to be fabulous, but now it feels a bit rundown. We booked this hotel as a nice, a bit fancier, hotel to end the trip. But our expectations were not met and the photos of the hotel are definitely outdated. Price/quality-wise this hotel was not good: 3 times the price of a 1-star hotel, but the facities, breakfast and service was better the 1-star hotel... We were excited to chill at the swimming pool, but we didn't. The swimming pool was disgusting, we couldn't even see the bottom of the pool. And all the relax lounge chairs were replaced with regular small tables.

昔の貴族の館を改装した雰囲気のあるホテルです。オーナーの女性が出迎えてくれて、てきぱきとチェックインの手続きをしてくれました。部屋の準備が整うまでの待ち時間にウェルカムドリンクのマンゴージュースやお水を用意してくれて、エアコンの効いた快適なロビーで気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 部屋のベッドは大きく、エアコン、ファン、冷蔵庫、コーヒー、紅茶セット、何でもそろっています。 ペットボトルのお水もたくさんいただけるので大変助かりました。 出かけるときにもレセプションで、小さなペットボトルを持たせてくれる気遣いは、ほかのホテルではないサービスでした。 滞在中も｢何かリクエストはないですか？足りないものはないですか？｣と声をかけてくれて、オーナーやスタッフ全員が、ゲストを大切に扱ってくれることが伝わってきて、とても嬉しかったです。 新市街のにぎやかな大通りからわずか数メートルですが、静かで落ち着ける場所だったので、毎日リラックスして過ごすことができました。
