very nice relazxing place to spend time with the familly

The Polynesian room was very big but had old furniture, bad smell and a filthy carpet on the hall way. I think it had bed bugs. I had a few bites when I woke up in the morning. The shower area was smelly. This hotel needs a good remodeling.

No AC room was extremely hot slept with the patio door open and ceiling fan

Room was very humid no AC and hotel is outdated needs lots of repairs. Staff was great and owners were friendly.

No llevan buen control en la administración de habitaciones, llegamos y no tenian las habitaciones que teniamos pagadas, los cuartos son de contraseña única permanente, cualquier huésped que se haya quedado recientemente puede entrar a tu habitación con la misma clave. El encargado según nos estaba mostrando habitaciones y le abrió la puerta a una pareja que estaba en el cuarto presente "Según el estaba libre ese cuarto"

Great location on the beach and adjoined to good restaurant and nearby other eateries. But the parking is just ok. If you’re not lucky, you’re forced to park across the busy street where cars whiz by at fast speeds. Also, I had reserved a $70 room but was charged for an upgrade (didn’t ask for it - was told the room I reserved was not useable) at $129. I normally would have balked but the clerk waived the $30 dog fee and handed me a few margaritas. And I was in Mexico where stuff can go down. Next time, I’ll pay in advance.

Clean room and staff Todo muy bien relajado y silenciso

The room I booked was not available. No front desk person just a guy who came out and walked us to a couple different rooms. The place felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Poorly lit. Would not recommend on my worst day

Beautiful, Clean, Sweet staff and Tranquilo

First off if you are looking for a hotel with access to the beach you found it! This hotel’s view are so worth the stay here. We stayed at the blue lagoon and had a beautiful view! The staff is so helpful and attentive it is hard to find a place that offers that at home vibe which this place does. There is no A/C but with the balacony door open and hearing the waves so close it does not even matter. This is a hidden gem for sure! The beach you stay it is kinda private and you get to walk down some strairs straight to the beach! 5 stars for the location and stay here.
