Room was nice and spacious staff were fanatic from check in to check out! Only thing was the off site paid parking. Arrived late with 2 kids and a long drive it was super inconvenient to go and park the car and have to walk back at night! Other than that was a great value

Walls seem a bit thin so noisy neighbors can be an issue.

We came for a night to visit the falls. Super close to Clifton hill. The off site parking was also very close to the hotel so it wasn’t a bother to have to walk to it. The rooms were perfect for what we needed.

As a family of 5 the space was perfect for us

Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in, the woman who helped me was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms appear clean and was spacious. Location amazing. We didn’t use ammenities so I can’t comment. I only wished there was more parking at the back of the hotel. There wasn’t any more space so we had no choice in the further lot. Not that far but it was raining.

Clean rooms. Amazing staff. Breakfast buffet needs some work. Food is decent. Would appreciate self service for coffee and unlimited options for juice included with the AYCE breakfast.

Was very busy as it was March break. My only comment would be to have more staff in restaurant during peak days.

Friendly staff, fast check-in.

Our stay at the Vittoria Hotel & Suites was excellent. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls, making it very convenient for sightseeing. ​The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the friendly staff and the easy parking situation. Additionally, our reservation included an all-you-can-eat breakfast, which was served buffet style and offered custom egg preparations along with complimentary beverages.

Excellent staff and clean rooms . Excellent location

The facilities were adequate. Pool is a bit small, and it was pretty cold for the kids liking. Hot tub was full of adults yet children which was surprising considering hot tub temperatures can be harmful for kids as far as I am concerned. Location was prefect. Parking is not included on the room price which was unfortunate, but we were aware of it in advance.

This was a convenient spot from which to enjoy Niagara Falls and all of its attractions

This was a great place to stay for a quick girls trip to niagara falls with my daughters. The room was lovely, the hotel was clean and the staff throughout were so friendly and welcoming.

What a wonderful stay. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Clean rooms, excellent amenities, All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Especially Sandra and Sandy at the front desk. Any issues were resolved immediately, making our vacation stress free.
