Very convenient location, friendly staff, and great room! This was such a nice hotel right next to the action. Everything was walkable. Had a blast. Definitely will be staying here again!

Very Disappointing Experience - Misleading advertising and unprofessional staff We booked a city-view room for one night. We asked the front desk if we could have a quieter room since we only needed to sleep before getting back on the road. Staff at the front desk responded, “If you don’t make the noise, then it’s not noisy,” she was very inappropriate and unprofessional. Our “city view” room was on the ground level facing the parking lot and dumpsters. When we questioned this, we were told it is what it is. We also were directed to off-site parking that required an extra fee, despite plenty of available on-site parking. Overall, we felt misled by the Hotels.com description and were very disappointed with the rude staff. Would not recommend.

Easy check in. Elevators were pretty slow, especially during check in. Pool is pretty small and seemed over chlorinated but we didn't spend a lot of time there. Easily walkable to Clifton hill & the falls.

Vittoria is always been our go to hotel in Niagara and it’s always busy. So book ahead

Travelled with family of five and stayed at Vittoria hotel for a night while on road trip. This hotel is at the heart of many restaurants and entertainments. Check in staff was so understanding that she provided complementary handicap parking for my mom. Room was very clean and bed/linens were very comfortable plus high quality! I will definitely stay at Vittoria hotel on my next trip to Niagara Falls.

Nicely sized rooms and offers a great breakfast buffet. Gym has good selection of equipment (small space but good facility if you get there when others are not.). Wonderful staff that are helpful from front desk to housekeeping. Biggest complaint-terrible towels. This does not align with rest of hotel and needs to be changed. Scratchy thin gyn towels should not be the guest towels offered. Other than that one misfire, would definitely recommend.

The only thing that wasn't a good experience, was that the vending machines need MASSIVE upgrades. One floor, the vending machine was out of order..another machine ONLY took nickels dimes and quarters (very old). The only machine that took a card was in the basement, which was inconvenient being up on floor 9. The one machine that did take bills it kept spitting them out. Overall, great and clean hotel with a lovely river view and really nice, functional amenities in the kitchenette suite.

This a great hotel, very clean and maintained. A great location. A free breakfast would be nice, however, without the free breakfast, it still a 5 star on my rating.

Great location! The rooms were big and very clean. Super comfy beds and the staff were extra helpful and helped me book a car to the airport.

We absolutely loved this property! It was so clean, staff was super helpful, and the location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing we wish is that we could have kept our parked longer on premises the day we were leaving.. we had to move to another lot and pay another fee which was a bummer!

We found the hotel to be clean and our room as well. The bed was comfortable, and the ac was on before we entered, which was appreciated. I would have liked to have parked on-site, but there were no spots available. I feel the $20 charge for the off-site parking was too much for the distance. I don’t mind the walk to it, but it was raining the day we left, so that 5 minutes left us very wet. If you can’t offer parking at the hotel, I think the other options should cheaper. Especially since they own the lot.

Great stay at a great location

This was our third time staying here. We do Niagara every summer for our family vacation. You can't beat the proximity to everything plus the fact it's one of the better hotels in the area. Yes it will be busy this time of year and you will need to wait a while for elevators. It's not a big deal. Our only thing to say about this trip was the shower didn't work well. Other than that, we will most likely be back here next year.

Breakfast was very good. Our rooms were very clean and were serviced early in the day. The hotel is very walkable to everything.
