The room exceeded expectations. Very clean, spacious and great views of the river. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment and one of the best locations to all city activities.

Property is great and area is accessible and very walkable to old town and the castle.

Lovely apartment spacious, comfy bed but duvet too small & thin!! One pillow when two would be more comfort. Kitchen really nice all utensils supplied a few tea towels would be better thsn kitchen towels for drying crockery if you dont need to use dishwasher. A fustpan and brush or hoover supplied would be great as floors quickly become dusty and housekeepers dont do more than change towels every 3 dsys unless you request them changed dsily. DEPOSIT OF 500 ZLOTY is a lot out of someones holiday funds. In case of damage. Rooms checked before you leave and deposit returned. Staff frienfly no dining room or any other areas to eat/drink. Few tables and chairs outside would be good. Otherwise not bad.

Great location, easy to get from airport and very close to the old city and casle. View was also really nice. Future and bathroom were new. Personal is friendly.

Immaculately clean & quiet. A 5-10min walk to Krakow town centre A couple of minutes to the castle & river, so very convenient. Staff were friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The washer and dryer worked well for me. Very spacious and I could comfortably work in the unit. On the other hand, the service was short of expectation. They did not refill or replace the shower gel or shampoo. I ran out of the gel. They removed the towel and I had to ask twice for a new set of towels.

La habitación estaba bien era cómoda pero ponen para tres personas y es para dos a parte de eso se publicitan en hoteles.com cómo q tiene limpieza diaria cosa q no es cierta ,te estiran un poco la cama y nada más ,también se supone q dan productos de higiene de diseño cosa q en parte es mentira ,te lo dan el primer día y el resto lo tienes q pagar ,se supone q es solo de bienvenida ttambién dicen q te proporcionan toallas y solo es el primer día si luego quieres q te las laven también tienes q pagar ,publicitan también agua mineral gratis también falso ,solo el primer día Por lo tanto si vais a elegir este establecimiento para un día está muy bien porque tienes todo pero si lo vas a coger para más días ten en cuenta q ni limpian ni te dan toallas limpias ni gel ni agua ni nada a no ser q pagues por ello ,cosa q no entiendo porque a mi me cobraron todas las noches lo mismo no me hicieron descuento en la segunda y sucesivas por lo tanto debería tener los mismos servicios q la primera noche y sobre todo cuando en las características del hotel en hoteles.com ponen q ofrecen todas esas cosas Tampoco hay cafetera solo hervidor de agua Al quejarnos en recepción no nos hicieron ni caso No volveria

The apartment is on the southwest not too far from Kraków’s old town. The Bolt from the station is longer than it should be because it must travel around the perimeter, which leads to a costly ride. If the weather is good, the walk from the station isn’t too bad. The apartment offered to us was not what was promised in the booking website, but it was still large enough as to be more than enough. There is a shared washing machine that is just outside the door and rarely used. The towel rack in the bathroom is connected and makes it very easy to dry clothes. The bathroom whilst roomy had one major flaw. The drain was blocked. We asked to have to cleaned, which was addressed, but never really fixed. The long term flooding damage from previous stays is obvious which means this is a problem everyone has experienced. It was one of the only three flaws and meant that we could only have 3 minute showers to avoid flooding. The second flaw was the bedding being too thing as to not allow any decent sleep. The last flaw was the walls are thin enough that you can hear neighbours (some of whom on our visit had crying babies and loud music). Communication with the staff was excellent and the ease of access was also good.

Everything here is very convenient well maintain comfortable clean friendly staff. Can’t say enough. Nice things about this place. Highly recommend you stay here. I would say don’t lose your room key because it cost €13 also it would be wise to inventory everything in the room before you leave to make sure everything is in order as everything has a price and you will pay for it if it’s not in order when you leave.

Bra plassering, sentralt til det meste. Var veldig rent når vi kom, men ingen renhold i løpet av de 6 dagene vi var der.

5 nights stay - staff were great. The only thing I would recommend is that the windows in the apartment could open. Other than that, it was great, and I will be recommending this Aparthotel. 😊

Great modern apartment/hotel with really friendly and helpful staff who respond to your requests really quickly. The building is brilliantly located to everything you need to see in Krakow in short distance. Lots of convenient shops etc very close by. Krakow is a great city too. Absolutely worth visiting. The hotel was also very good value. There were a few small issues. One was a leak above the bed that dripped on us as we slept and woke us up at 2am. It made a section of the bed and duvet wet. This was reported and resolved but was understandably annoying. During your stay you don't get freah towels. Unless you pay for them. So the floor towel stayed wet the whole time. Bedding also wasn't changed either and house keeping was a bit hit and miss. Lastly, you can't open the window and our room apartment had very high letterbox windows. So the room did feel airless and stuffy at times especially when it was a warm day. Some fresh air would have been nice. There is a washing machine and drier on the fifth floor which was easy to operate and was helpful as we had been travelling for some time. I would recommend this apartment/hotel overall and would stay again. Just be aware or the small issues.
