Comfy beds, quiet, good location Bathroom needs more towel hooks

First time in Kansas Cityand this hotel location and vibe was great. An Included breakfast could have made it even better 😉

Hotel was nice. Staff was hit or miss. Restaurant was a high point. Food and service was excellent. Parking was expensive.

Nice clean hotel with accommodating staff located close enough to everything downtown KC has to offer.

They canceled on me, but i didn't find out until I got to Kansas City. Really upsetting. I was really looking forward to our stay.

AC was out but, the Indigo was very accommodating. They offered several options. We chose to stay with a significant discount. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was incredible and so kind, courteous, and attentive. I would recommend the Indigo and will stay the next time I am in the area.

Very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Only 15 minutes from Kaufman Stadium.

Appreciated their honesty following the recent storm and the damage done to their air conditioning. Choose to stay anyway, glad we did. Love the location and the rooms!

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, and everyone was so kind. The only issue we had was with old pipes, which had very little water pressure. It made showering take a long time, but I am hopeful they can figure that out. Still worth the stay!

We had an overnight stay in KC after seeing a show at Music Hall. The Indigo was great from start to finish! The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were great. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious - would recommend anyone to stay here looking to enjoy a KC experience!

Fun downtown property. Easy to get to events nearby. Friendly staff.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel. I really enjoy the walkability downtown and to the River Market. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and a restaurant and full bar in-house- the breakfast bagel sandwich with bacon and aioli sauce is delicious! I prefer to order my coffee directly from the restaurant, it’s piping hot and they steam my half and half! The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is especially friendly and welcoming. It’s not a “grand” hotel like Loews, but it’s quaint and I love its old-school vibe.
