No tenía agua caliente. Cobran el estacionamiento. Hotel sin alberca. Recepcionista de día de muy mal humor.

El estacionamiento tiene costo.

Disappointing! The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (and only discovered when in the shower!), no water bottles in the room and only a single hanger in the wardrobe. The online check-in didn't work and the airport shuttle was never available.

The management staff did not want to turn the room heater on, the room was at around 50 degrees but their excuse was that I was the only room complaining, the they told me they had sent all the information to Travelocity for my reimbursement and the did not, staff extremely rude and not helpful at all, AVOID this one!

AMAZING HOTEL!! 100 Stars! Great Team, Rooms and Location! Will definitely be visiting this place often!

La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear. Había basura en el bote del baño, imagino de los huéspedes anteriores y mucho moho en la regadera.

Tuve 2 situaciones Estuve 2 dias y no me limpiaron la habitación, la habitación no tenia jabon en la ducha lo solicité y jamas me lo enviaron Muy mal servicio

Mal servicio , mala recepción , no atendieron las solicitudes, caro el precio de la habitación para no tener cafetera ni agua , y las toallas desgastada , sinceramente no volveré más

La ubicación no es muy estratégica para las actividades pero es cómoda
