Goed ontbijt, propere kamer, maar zeer slechte kussens.

We booked the studio deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. You have to ask at the front desk desk to have your room served if you want clean towels or more coffee and tea supplied.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very impressive - an assortment of hot & cold choices. The restaurant has delicious food and a full menu. We had a free two hour visit to the spa to use the hot and saunas daily. It was a great way to unwind from a busy day. We didn’t partake in any massages, so no comment on that. It is a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again if our path takes us back to Oswiecim.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! Our room was clean and supplied with soft towels and coffee. We loved the sauna hot tub area which you could use once a day no extra charge. We didn’t experience the massages at the spa, hopefully next visit. The breakfast was included and was delightful with a variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant has very good food and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Oswiecim.

The separated bedroom arrangement was perfect to share with our adult son. Excellent location for our tours and to explore the town. The hot tub, sauna and steam room were a nice ending to a long day.

Hotel itself is very nice. Couple issues that made it not enjoyable. Some of the worst pillows imaginable and made for terrible night sleep. Spa was also very nice but all massages or treatments were booked solid for two days even though tried to book prior to stay. It’s a shame because had all the makings to be a great stay but the pillows and lack of sleep ruined it.

O hotel é excelente com fácil acesso. O quarto é amplo, confortável e com restaurante em anexo muito bom.

Nice hotel good breakfast and nice spa

Morgenmaden var helt fint. Ikke det allerbedste jeg har prøvet, men bestemt heller ikke det dårligste. Der var et OK udvalg af morgenmadsprodukter.

Allting va bra, väldigt vackra byggnader. Frukosten va godkänd men inte vad vi förväntade oss.

Das Hotel ist Ok, keine Spittenunterbringung. Die Lage ... zum Auschwitz Museum ist akzeptabel. Mit dem Taxi braucht man ca. 10 Minuten und 25 bis 30 Zloty. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in einer Dreiviertel Stunde zu erreichen. Da kann man etwas von der Stadt sehen, ua. die Synagoge und das dazugehörige Museum. Das Personal war trocken.und hält leider nicht alle Versprechungen ein. So hätte ich gern meine zwei Einzelbetten zu einem großen Bett verbunden. Das umzusetzen funktionierte leider nicht. Der Spa Bereich war angenehm, leider mit einigen Schwächen, wo zB das Dampfbad nicht zur Verfügung stand. Zu einer kalten Jahreszeit dort zu übernachten, kann ich nicht empfehlen, da die Heizung zentral geregelt wird und max 23°C nicht überschreiten "darf". Das Frühstück umfasst ein breites Angebot, wo für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein sollte. Schade nur, daß Warmangebote dann doch eher kalt waren.

The room was very clean and nice. It had a small fridge and a Kettle, some mugs and spoons, tea and sugar. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English perfectly. The location is great, bus stops nearby, shops as well, a great hotel and a great spot.

Parking for free, nice food in the restaurant, nice SPA option for free for hotel's guests, breakfast was good however I had it at 9 am and part of dishes were already eaten
