The location excellent. The hotel lobby staff were excellent & kind! Loved my room too, old charm with great amenities. And wonderful view. Loved it. The staff at roof top terrace except for the girl with short hair who receives the guest at the entrance (she was very lovely) I sat there for a while and no one asked what I needed. I paid a lot to be there…as a guest. So Not a great feeling. The next day I went.. still wasn’t attended to quick enough. people who came after me where seen before me but they eventually came & attended to me and were decent. I hope they do better with people who don’t look like them in the future.

Great location in the heart of Gran Via. Was convenient to walk to everything. Has a great rooftop bar we had drinks. Had a great view of the city from our room. Rooms very nice and staff very helpful. Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación, sobre la Gran Vía, el hotel en súper buenas condiciones, muy limpio, nuevo, y el trato del personal inmejorable, todos los chicos del Concierge muy atentos, muy amables, con una gran disposición, al igual que que los chicos de recepción, muy atentos, amables, con gran disposición, la chica del bar muy sonriente y servicial, los botones muy dispuestos y súper atentos! Salimos muy felices y agradecidos con todos!

Petite chambre muni d’un fauteuil peu confortable (versus prix de la chambre) Personnel de réception qui s’impatiente lorsque vous faites répéter une phrase dans la langue qui n’est pas la vôtre. Le roof top est doté d’un bar dans lequel vous ne pourrez accéder qu’après avoir pris un rendez vous 24 h avant ! Surréaliste ! On est loin du bar cocooning avec ses fauteuils et transats confortables.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Hotel staff went out of the way to be hospitable and ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was also great with great service. Highly recommend!
