Very close to train station, clean and comfortable hotel with easy self service check in which was very welcome since I was a late arrival. Good quality bedding and air conditioning. Room could have done with a bottle of water.

De kamer was klein, maar fijn! Goede indeling. Goeie badkamer, ruim. Warm water bij de wastafel werkt niet, vond ik jammer. De verwarming deed het ook niet, radiator bleef koud, terwijl het een beetje kil was in de kamer.

Prima hotel voor een net prijsje. Binnenstad op loopafstand en parkeren in de buurt. Goeie locatie voor een stedentrip. Er is geen personeel, dus met self-checkin naar binnen. Je slaapt er er alleen. Ideaal voor als je veel in de stad wil zijn. Je betaald dan niet voor hotelfaciliteiten, die je toch niet gebruikt.

Zeer goede extra service, mooi, schoon heerlijk bed

Convenient, easy check in. Staff very responsive and helpful when there was an issue with the room. The AC unit in the room was unable to handle the humidity and filled up with water and began dripping. Unfortunately it began dripping directly onto a wall mounted bedside light. We found this out after returning to the room and flipping the switch for that lamp, which caused an arc, tripping the room's breaker and all the power went out! We tried to call staff from the phone in the lobby but it didn't connect. We were able to reach the staff via the provided number in our emails from a cell phone though. Once notified, staff was onsite very quickly, and reset the breaker. Due to the dripping AC which had also splashed onto the bed, they upgraded us to a larger room anyway without additional charge.

Super leuke kamer, inchecken is makkelijk. Heerlijke bedden en douche. Bagage konden we in bewaring geven bij naastgelegen coffeelab. Dicht bij de stad en station, twee grote parkeergarages vlakbij.

Lekker centraal

It was a late check in. Upon arrival I used the code to get in the building. The kiosk was frozen. Couldn't contact property staff. Eventually I was able to get ahold of security. They came and let me in my room. However, they could not give me a key so I was essentially stuck in my room.

Very close to the train station and placed well within walking distance of shopping and the centre. Room was clean! The coffee lab below was a very nice vibe and served quality food. The room was a little loud with thin walls and being a older building, there was a slight incline on the floor which you can feel in bed. Otherwise perfect!

The rooms were very small and very noisy; you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, even the phone vibrating. The shower was clogged, but otherwise, the bathroom, bed linen, and so on were all clean. Overall, it wasn’t really cozy. I wouldn’t book it again.

Comfy beds, clean room, room size was fine for 1 person but would be small for 2 although im sure there are bigger rooms for couples rather than solo traveller. No staff on site but an easy electronic check in. Location excellent for what I needed. Would stay here again

De kamer was te warm. De verwarming stond uit maar was te warm om in te slapen. Er was beloofd: geluiddicht, maar dat was zeker niet het geval.

Avoid this hotel. The description omits that there is a VERY steep staircase you must climb with NO elevator. If you have any luggage, you will probably injure yourself. You may injure yourself anyway. This is unacceptable to omit this information. Also, there is no one on-site at the hotel. I called to mention I would need help with getting the luggage up the stairs (I’ve had two back surgeries) and the person answering said she’s 15 minutes away. An employee in the coffee shop next door helped, but they should have SOMEONE onsite. Even “self-serve check-in” hotels typically have SOMEONE on site. I can forgive the closet-sized room and uncomfortable mattress, but the steep stairs with NO warning is inexcusable. The attraction of the hotel is that it’s near the train station so you don’t have to lug luggage across several blocks. I’d rather do that than lug them up a 45° staircase.

Prettige locatie, prima verblijf op doorreis. Alleen het bed is voor verbetering vatbaar, matras aan muurkant behoorlijk aflopend, daardoor iets minder goed geslapen. Combi met Coffeelab is leuk, echt goede koffie!
