The room was clean and tidy

Great VFM. Like stepping back into the 90's decor wise but well maintained, working AC, good parking and cheap as chips.

Nightingale house - the lift was out of order causing inconvenience to wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. Did not clear away empty cups and glasses in main conference rooms ready for the evening events. There were no seats or tables in the hydration station, which would have been ideal for people with mobility issues. hot breakfast menu good. However, less items in chilled cabinets regarding fruit than in previous years. Hot lunch choices uninspiring and strict in what you can have. For example, main choice turkey with rice, but you cannot have turkey with a jacket potato instead, as the jacket potato is down as a main. But you are offered a side of mashed potato with your jacket potato, or rice. Venue have cut down on meal choice, salad options. Customer Service skills could be improved on in restaurant when asked what ingredients were used in a dish. This venue does not take cash. Ordering at the bar is extremely slow, even though the venue knew they had to cater for 250 guests, as in previous years. Staff on Registration are good.

Good breakfast. We have stayed here before but rooms are now looking tired.

Excellent as always! Big shout out to Entela in the reception and Ornela in the cafe area, they were incredibly helpful and super friendly! Really make a difference!

Staff brilliantly and accommodating

Room is fine and you pay for what you get, but they had no fans during the heatwave and my dinner at an extra cost was stone cold. This let it down.

Always stay here when in Milton Keynes

The whole experience was a good one. An interesting place, with an interesting mix of people staying there. I had a need to be there for work purposes for a couple of nights. Great breakfast with plenty of choice, very polite attentive staff. Due to time constraints on a latish check in I ate in the restaurant. It reminded me more of a works canteen, or student one, and as we caught the tail end of service it was a tad lukewarm. Hoeever, would still recommend and would definitely stay again.

Hot tub and jym was best things of hotel

Check-in was pretty straightforward. The room was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Parking was free for guests and the staff were welcoming.

We have stayed before and have never been disappointed. The staff are fantastic, particularly the kitchen staff. Breakfast has a great selection and the kitche n staff will go out of their way to accomodate allergies (Gluten). Thank you Kents Hill for another pleasant stay.

Cleaning staff came knocking at 9 15 before checkout time. Disturbing my rest.

Good for car parking..

Brilliant overnight stay here, I would certainly recommend it. Clean and comfy room with tea and coffee facilities, good tv, exceptionally comfy beds and good breakfast

Always a good experience to stay here and buffet meals are great.
