The kitchen under equipped (no strainer, only one soap for dishwasher) and lots of dust under the beds. We accidently broke the soap bottle when we arrived and it was not replace even if we where there for 3 days. Other than that the lady who welcomed us was very nice and we could deposit our luggages in advamce. welcomed us was very nice

The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver.

The room was nice and spacious, the lady who assisted us was very nice. The only thing we didnt like was there is a lot of mosquitos outside the property and the area overall.

Very handy and not overpriced Option for Venice trip

Très bien. Entre 20 et 30 minutes de Venise en train. On a mangé de bonnes glaces à proximité et aussi de très bonnes pizzas 😋😋😋😋

This was a convenient location to get to Venice, because it was near the train station. There was a good restaurant within walking distance. The mattresses were good. The staff was helpful and responded promptly to questions through messaging. Overall, the place was dirty. The hallways smelled, there are trash cans in the hall. The pillows were thin and firm and not comfortable. They claimed the air conditioning was working, but the room was still warmer than it should have been. Ice cube trays would have been a nice touch.

Close to a train station that takes you to downtown Venice.

The property is otherwise ok but it is not properly cleaned. The bed sheet and towels are ok but the appointment itself needs more cleaning. There is a supermarket very close to the location (2 minutes walking). To go to Venice it is better to go by car to the nearby train station which is about 3-4 km far from the property and has free parking, take train to Venice and back (check from reception for map and guide) We stayed one night here which was OKish.

Staff was very helpful. Place was clean and quiet

Disappointed for many reasons. Firstly, this property looks nothing like the photos shown. It was NOT clean. The washer had mold in the laundry detergent caddy so we could not use it. All of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. There were lots of ants in the room as well as mosquitos and spiders. There was a hole in the wall, approximately 3 inches wide and when we told the lady about it, she simply stuck a napkin over it. The water heater does not work, everyone had to take cold showers for the duration of our stay. My family and I only stayed two nights.

Front desk was very nice and super helpful. She helped us get to Venice the quickest and most cost effective way. Room was smaller than pictures let on but it was okay for what we needed. Grocery store was very close and the gelato was delicious (and walkable to get to)
