Friendly staff, clean room ,good location. Though the pool could use help.

Nice people. Room was clean and no issues. Food was good.

We had a fantastic time at Meadowlark. We stayed in the pool most of the week. It was the perfect size and depth. There are a lot of trees and shrubs around the pool so it can’t be seen from the road or parking lot at all. It feels private. The Speakeasy is the best hangout in Maggie Valley. Its vibe can’t be matched. The rooms are cozy and the location is ideal for your stay in Maggie Valley. Definitely recommend.

The two ladies were very nice at check in. It's quiet, clean, bed was comfortable, dine in options. Big back yard and creek out back. Pet friendly. The grounds well maintained. Had an issue with water pressure/ hot water first evening. Maintenance was called. They made sure we had another room for hot shower. Next day in our room water was fine and good to go. Would definitely stay there again.

The living room had dead bugs on the floor and trash in the fireplace. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. It was old, but spacious.

Great location. Friendly Staff. Dog friendly which is important. Bathrooms could use updating. Overall good experience.

I've stayed a few times now. What I like most about it is the picnic and setting area out back. It gets you away from the traffic noise and has a canopy and fire pit at the creek. The canopy area needs attention but it's still nice. The restaurant has a good menu. It took a while to get out food but it was worth the wait. Rocking chairs and table at the front door of the rooms. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We stayed during the biker rallys each time. So it's a bit more expensive than regular stays. Can't speak for everyone but bikers like it. They will give you rags if needed and let you put your bike under the canopy

Not a bad spot to stay . Definitely an older mom and pop shop. Owners are nice people. Needs some more updates but you can tell they have ben putting money back into it.

The property is unique with a lot of interesting artwork and a one of a kind restaurant and speakeasy. The room we stayed in was a bit small and the in window air conditioner was located behind the curtains so we had to pin them up to get the full effect of the cooling system

My wife and I had a great time and really loved the Meadowlark motel, restaurant, and the speak easy.

We had a very nice stay with our 2 dogs. It is great to have a motel option that allows us to travel with the pups. Grounds were excellent to walk them. While the motel is obviously older they keep it clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and love the retro fridge and microwave.

Convenient location. Room adequate but outdated.

I liked the stay other than the room heater wasn't working and the other rooms on both side of me were being loud and fighting at 2 or 3 in the morning other than those things I enjoyed my stay

Stayed here after Hurricane Helene devastated our area. Owners went above and beyond for locals and disaster-relief personnel.

Das Hotel hat den Betrieb nach dem Hurricane sukzessive wieder aufgenommen und alles getan, damit alle Gäste einen guten Aufenthalt haben. Es gibt eine kleine Bar, in der regelmäßig Musik gespielt wird. Mit dem rustikalen Look, den freundlichen Menschen und dem guten Essen macht es sehr viel Spaß, hier zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

They were so sweet. Upgraded my room too! Easy check in and check out. I had to leave a day early because I was afraid of getting trapped by the hurricane aftermath. But the one night I stayed was VERY comfortable and clean.
