Rooms could be refurbished, a bit old

Habia reservado una habitacion con dos camas ya que no quedaban con King Size. Sin embargo, me ofrecieron cambiar la habitacion una vez disponible otra con king size bed. Y ya el segundo dia de mi estancia he podido cambiar. Perfecto! El desayuno es muy completo y diverso entre productos locales y europeos. Hay de todo. Lo unico, algunos panes y biscochos estaban bastante secos, supongo que es por el aire seco del Aire Acondicionado. La habitacion era amplia. El Aire Acondicionado bastante silencioso si lo pones a velocidad minima. El personal en todo el hotel es muy amable. También funciono muy bien la recogida en el aeropuerto y eso que llegué casi una hora mas tarde. La ubicacion del hotel es bastante buena en la zona de rascacielos y hay centro comerciales cercanos a pie. Todo perfecto.

The location of the hotel is very good but the condition of the hotel room was very simple and below average, i booked the suite and I thought it would be spacious but it wasn’t. Also the furniture is outdated. The lobby is terrible, I didn’t like it at all.

On reservation and confirmation I can see that breakfast is free, but the hotel did not accept it and charged the breakfast. The hotel said this was mistake of Hotels.com, Hotels.com said it was mistake of the hotel. What I know is, it was not my mistake but I paid the penalty. A good hotel, which values to its customers, solves the problems and does not charge the breakfast.

Location is convenient, staff are OK, but things can be better, especially room accessories (Shampoo, Shower Gel, etc ...)

Hotel location is the best It’s in the middle of Kuwait City

The only positive thing in this hotel is the worm welcoming of reception manager Mr. ROHAN.

Staff was nice and cooperative. Even though they downgraded my room the first night, they moved me to a better room and were very nice. I only wish that they gave me a special rate for the next night to compensate. Also, they said that expedia will refund the difference for the downgrade of the first night but I still havent heard from expedia yet.

The property was clean, They also have free transfer device to and from airport ~ subject to availability based on prior request~ However the staff were not very helpful and had standard reply line, especially the Indian staff, they were also nosy to a harassing level. The hotel amenities are very basic and not of any standard quality , and the breakfast was not great. However, by the end of my stay I was met by who I believe was the owner of the hotel as I was sitting in the lobby, and he personally approached and briefly asked about my impression of the hotel and the cleanliness so I told him I found it very clean however He was in a hurry and left before I could address the staff issue.

L'hotel è in posizione strategica. Personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Colazione buona. Wi fi ottimo in tutte le zone dell'hotel.

Stayed two nights, nice and clean room, good breakfast, the location of the hotel was central and close to shopping. Comfortable and free airport shuttle, quick check in, helpful staff, special thanks to Mr. Allan he was professional and very helpful. The gym and sim pool were simple/not so good.
