The room is nice with good location within 3-5 minutes of walking for shopping. The hotel does not have a parking but there is the parking lot next to the hotel which will cost you about 800-1,000 yen for overnight. I have parked there from 17:30 to 08:30. The television was not working. In the big room, there is a private bathroom, toilet, and microwave.

立地だけ。 部屋は汚い、トイレは共用、部屋着はない 外国人のインバウンド狙いの宿です。 日本人は泊まらないことをお勧めします。

房間清潔不足，廁所替換的紙巾明顯見到有手指模，木造洗手台面爛。浴室去水不及時，沖涼時水從去水口倒灌回來。 房間只有一個洗手間，但是外面走廊也有洗手間可以使用，方便多人入住的客人。 酒店位置是方便的，行過一條街便是大量藥妝店，可以購物。

ハンガー、スカートやパンツが吊るせるタイプもあると良いと思いました。ソファーには全員座れないので、丸椅子があると助かると思いました。 全体的に心地よく過ごさせていただきました。

誰とも顔を合わせなくて良いので、人と話すのが苦手な自分にとってはとても居心地が良かったです。

附近生活機能不錯 搭車與逛街吃飯都超方便順暢 但是浴廁木頭發霉 沒更換 超噁心

部屋にトイレと洗面台がないのを見落としていました。非常に不便でした。

トイレと洗面台が共用で廊下にありました。室内は清潔感あり。部屋のドアのオートロックが単三電池4本で管理されていてびっくり‼️

저렴한 가격에 침대 수가 많고 위치가 좋습니다. 깔끔한 분위기이지만 세밀한 청소는 아쉽습니다.

外ばきとの境がわからない。。

위치는 좋으나 청소를 너무안하신듯 먼지가 많아도 너무많아 움직이면 먼지가 풀풀 다시는 안 올것같음 청소상태만 좋으면 괜찮은데 백년은 안한듯 먼지 이렇게 많은곳은 처음임

삼선 슬리퍼는 필수 인듯 하구 먼지가 좀 많이 있어 아쉬웠지만 주변 인프라 너무 좋고, 침대 3개 좋다.

The location of the accommodation is a good 7-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station. I was embarrassed because they told me to pay taxes as soon as I went. I stayed for about a week, but the room cleaning option is 3000 ¥. The bedding was white and clean, but it smelled. It's not very soundproof. It's very noisy even at dawn. I recommend it if the location of the accommodation is important.

Room was lovely and was a great first accommodation for a first timer in Japan.

Pros: great location. In a great area and right off the Main Street so you avoid the main traffic without being too far off from it. Spacious and allowed our family of 5 to decompress and spread out after a long day of activities. For location space and value it is great. Cons: generally needs some deep cleaning and maintenance. Bathroom vent and ceiling fan covered it major dust. Shower had black mold on ceiling. Bathroom countertop is made of wood and unsealed so it was rotting and looked dirty. Sofa is worn out and not comfortable to sit on and there was only space for 2-3 to sit so with 5 of us someone would have to sit on the floor or on the beds which we prefer not to when out all day and dirty but not yet showered. has a kitchenette but had no pots or pans to cook or do anything with. A few of the things in the kitchenette were dirty and unwashed (knife, cutting board).

I could hear voices and tv of 501all day long (I was saying at 502). They are probably not even guests staying there but their staff members. There were molds in the shower room.

隣の部屋の声が気になった。

入り口がわかりにくかった。 入室したら、Gとご対面。ドライヤーは謎のネチョネチョで持ち手が折れやすく、シーリングファンや壁の一部、ブラインドカーテンにはホコリが積もっていた。 荷物を置く場所はほぼなく、床は1面コンクリートで、衛生的に気になったのでレジャーシートを購入し、その上に荷物を置いた。 共同のトイレはとても綺麗だった。洗面所も2つあり、使いやすかった。

○土足、ベッド、ハンガーかけ、シンプル、清潔感あり。 ○内装、特にベッド台の手づくり感がいい感じ。 ○立地条件が便利で西鉄電車駅やバスターミナルに近い。 ▲看板や標識が目立たないし、見つかりにくかった。 ▲トイレ、洗面台に行くのにいちいち部屋からでないとならない共用型は不便。
