The hotel's AC was very uncomfortable, and I was unable to rest properly due to being hot. It was said that the AC temperature is set at a certain temperature (67 degree) but was not blowing any cold air at all. I had a horrible experience.

Property was Penthouse material! I loved my stay, the process was easy and fast check in! Would 100% stay here again!!

The room we were provided was not the room we selected on Expedia. Staff was not understanding or sympathetic over the issue. Showed no empathy. Was told “you got a 2 bedroom apartment didn’t you?” Yes, we did but the pictures showed we be getting a room with the large windows with view of the city ( just like on our previous stay) This is our second time staying here. The first time was great and got what was promised. Not this time. My children and myself are very disappointed. Beware

Great stay for business and site seeing for my wife and I. Bed was very comfortable and the extra space was amazing compared to other hotels in Pittsburgh.

Clean and spacious

The vibe was just off. They are going for a modern feel but it came off cold and cheap. Every fixture was the cheapest quality. The towels and the bath mats were falling apart. The location was great but beware there is nothing open in the city at night and no restaurant or market in the hotel. And for looking so industrial the walls were paper thin.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience and we were extremely impressed with the Etage. The facility was well kept and spacious, I will certainly recommend the Etage to anyone who visits Pittsburg.

Amenities are good, mostly everything in our suite functioned properly, though one TV may not have been hooked up right initially and there wasn't a remote for a lamp in one bedroom. Also, the AC didn't seem to cool the bedrooms as well as the living room. The only major complaint I have is that the walls are not particularly sound-dampening; I could hear our neighbors occasionally, not to mention the basketball court on the roof. All in all, my complaints are very minor, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area for an extended period.

Cool building. Elevators confusing to use. Felt like a lot of little things didn’t work in the room - lights, shower head etc.

This exceeded our expectations! Very large apartment with anything you would need! Included washer/dryer and easy parking. We would stay here again!

The room was supresingly spacious. There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the receptionist comp our parking and upgraded us to the Penthouse for our inconvenience. They also had an excellent gym. Unfortunately, I did not have time to take advantage of it.

Spacious enough for four adults. Easy walk to PNC park. Having living space and full kitchen is a huge bonus! Will definitely stay again.
