Entrén låg vid en trafikerad gata men ingen möjlighet att stanna till precis utanför för att lämna väskor mm. Parkering under hotellets hus var mycket bra med direktaccess till foajén och sovrummen.

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Limited menu but the 4 meals we ate were all 5*. Excellent inclusive breakfast. All staff very polite.

Great for an overnight stay. In the evening we walked a couple of minutes to the Old Town Square, where there was ice cream shop, plus a great 'Polska Kuchnia' (little Polish restaurant on the middle of the square across from the government building) and another little place that had great desserts to the left for a late wonderful evening. Park across from the hotel for a minute and walk across to the hotel lobby for garage parking instructions. The hotel is on a busy street by the bridge.

The location was perfect for our travels and the secure parking was a bonus. Could do with a small fridge for milk and fresh cups but not a deal breaker

Luckily we were able to find parking in a little close by parking lot. Never enough parking for Hotels in town, and this can be extremely difficult when your spouse is mobility impaired!

Great stay, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast included. Quiet and safe area, close to the main square with several restaurants, a convenience store, and a pharmacy nearby. Just a four-minute drive from the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. I highly recommend it.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Wir hatten unser Zimmer nach vorne, zur viel befahrenen Hauptstraße hin. Trotzdem haben wir, bei geschlossenem Fenster, fast nichts von dem Verkehr mitbekommen. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig auf den Zimmern. Die großen Parkplätze in der eigenen Tiefgarage sind mit dem Fahrstuhl super zu erreichen und die kleine Parkgebühr ist definitiv in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir auch sehr gut, es ist reichlich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ob warm, kalt, herzhaft oder süß. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker und reichlich, es ist zwar nur eine kleine Speisekarte aber wir fanden es sehr gut. Wir werden zu 100% nochmal wieder kommen. Macht weiter so, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, danke.

Negativ: Die Stärke der Dusche eine Katastrophe. Auf vollstem Druck plätschert es dahin, als würde man mit einer Spritzpistole abgeschossen. Dass die Türe zum Bad/Toilette auch eine Schranktür ist, die entweder so oder so geschoben wird, ist ... naja ... seltsam. Sie war jedoch SO verzogen, dass man sie nur mit Gewalt öffnen und schließen konnte. Das WLAN ist der hinterletzte Rotz. Wozu man das anbietet frage ich mich schon. Alle 30 Sekunden bricht die Internetverbindung ab. Wenn man darauf angewiesen ist, weil man IPTV schauen will (die 2 deutschen Sender sind gelinde gesagt wertlos), bleibt einem nur der Weg mittels Handy Hotspot und Roaming. Es wird nirgends gesagt, dass die Parkgarage extra kostet. Da sonst keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind, bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig als die 45 Zloty/Tag zu löhnen. Positiv: Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Riesige Auswahl, alles frisch und geschmacklich wirklich top. Die Mädels sind auch sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt und sind sofort zur Stelle, wenn es um Sauberkeit und Hygiene geht. Allgemein war das Personal wirklich sehr sehr höflich. Englisch wird von allen Mädels perfekt von allen gesprochen und sie alle haben ein freundliches Lächeln auf den Lippen.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to Energy Landia amusement park (20min. drive) where we decided to go and had a great time. Stayed for 2 nights.
