The telephone did not work and they didn't change it even after we asked them to. We needed to tell them repeatedly to get few things done like room cleaning and spraying insecticide inside bathroom. Neither hot water facility for bathing nor provided a kettle. Overall pretty average stay and not worth the price we paid(~5.5k) for 2 days for 2 person AC room.
