You get what you pay for and this hotel was a great price for the location. The room I stayed in was so small that it could’ve been the cheapest cruise cabin on a cruise ship. There was no AC and no elevator. Things to keep in mind when considering this property.

We were allocated room 14, this room was in need of a refurbishment in every way, the shower was tiny with no shower wall attachment, although it was clean the carpets were shabby and the room smelt dusty and stale and was very small.

J'avais réservé & payé 1 double room pour 2 personnes j'ai eu 1 single room! Ne parlons pas de salle de bain, plutôt 1 placard! Je pouvais à peine me retourner & pourtant je ne fais qu' 1:50m. Pas de place pour ouvrir la valise Personnel irresponsable of course! Apparemment chambre économique! Pourtant bonne revue 😬 & on top serviette de bain sale!!! Donc je déconseillé fortement!

Clean rooms in the center of the city. Short walk to train station surrounded by bars and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff

the bedroom was exceedingly small, no tea/coffee making facilities & apparently I didn't reserve a parking space, not very clear on the booking reservation form, but the receptionist on duty had a smug look on his face when he told me I hadn't reserved a place. Ended up paying £15.00 in a municiple carpark 5 mins from hotel.

The hotel is very well located near the city centre, down a quiet side road. The rooms are very small even though we had an upgrade. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is tiny and was lacking in useful towel rails and had no toilet roll holder so toilet rolls had to be balanced on the side of the wash basin. The sound proofing was poor and we were woken up early both mornings by possibly cleaners in nearby rooms. We used the secure parking which we discovered is not on site but around a corner. The parking used individual garages that are not very high, our Discovery 4 just made it so would not be suitasble for anyone with a roof rack etc. The breakfast, however, was amazing value. We had fruit juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, rolls and mini pancakes with as much tea or coffee as wanted.

If you are looking for a boring chain hotel then you are in the wrong place. Charming, great location close to a lot of wine bars but still not noisy. Helpful staff and a great bed.

Dette hotellet er gammelt og litt slitent, men har en strålende beliggenhet og gode senger. Alle vi møtte som jobbet der, var hyggelige. Vi hadde ett av de minste rommene mot bakgården og vinduet kunne åpnes helt med mulighet for god lufting og ingen gjennboere. Vi hadde ikke frokost inkludert og vet derfor ikke hvordan den var.

Parking great. We were on motorcycles. Breakfast, good value but limited although was just right for us.

The hotel is well located and my room was spotless. The staff are all very polite, kind, and accommodating and breakfast was always a great way to start the day. Thank you to everyone at Hôtel Azur for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable 😃

Mysigt litet hotell väldigt centralt. Trevlig frukost. Enda minuset var att man hörde grannarna tydligt.

Welcoming and helpful staff on reception. I’d chosen one of their single rooms so it was small but as advertised and perfectly fine. The hotel is well situated for exploring Reims city centre and close to bars and eateries. Parked car in municipal car park by the Boulingrin indoor market about 5 mins from the hotel which cost less than 4 Euros overnight. Nice simple typical breakfast at the hotel for a very reasonable 10 euro. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Reims again.

O quarto apresentado na página de efetivação da reserva, pagamento, é diferente do quarto exposto com o valor. Quarto pequeno e banheiro minúsculo. Iluminação do quarto precária e uma não funcionado

Moderate oprion , no elevator, had to choose 1st floor room right at the stairs passage, lots of noise, the bed for a single room was the smallest I have seen since long time, maybe a double room in upper floor for those who want to have a work out up and down the stairs will be better
