There was no one to help me with the luggage in spite of informing multiple times of my early check as I also paid for early check in Also in spite of telling I need no room service of any kind, they opened the room to keep water bottles when I was not there, this is unacceptable

We got charged more(we were not informed that buffet breakfast was 600 Rs more, ridiculous pricing considering the food and the local market)staff was unfriendly with old parents. Rooms were not ready on time.

Good hotel in Gulburga ... however the pricing is over priced considering Gulburga as a destination...
