Staff excellent rooms very run down. Bathroom in poor shape, curtains don't fit windows , doors stick when you open or close it. Beds way too soft. Hotel needs a lot of up grading.

As soon as I walked into my room, I could tell it had not been cleaned. Floors had dirt all over, and what looked like coffee spills on the floor that would have simply come off with an easy sweep and mop, which had clearly not have been done. The bathrooms were at best, tidy. Bathtub and toilet were dirty and hadn't been wiped or cleaned, as well as garbage was still in the garbage can. I left immediately, and when I called to ask for some sort of partial refund, all they could do was offer me $20 off for my next stay.

There was no ice machine. I had to ask for a towel because there wasn’t one in the room. Most importantly the bedside light didn’t work.

No cable even though it says cable No hot breakfast and it also say available false advertising! I will be sure to tell colleagues from my government job to never stay there!

The staff was good , website said there was hot breakfast available - hasn't been for months. There was no ice machine which is unusual for a hotel/ motel . The life of the building is nearing its end and the attempts at upgrading have not been very successful.

While the 2 rooms we were given for a one nite stay were clean, breakfast was no longer available (although the website said it was included) and the internet was not working. No elevator which was unexpected.

The outside was dirty and rundown. Inside was not well maintained. If we hadn’t had our dogs we would not of stayed.

They put me in a renovated king room and it was discusting , the bed and furniture was very old and not comfortable, the room was in very poor condition.

Rooms are outdated. No breakfast not even a muffin or coffee. Very disappointing. However staff was nice. You pay $20 extra for a dog.

Area had lots of shopping and restaurants. Beds near upgrading. Extremely soft

The hotel is pretty basic, but the staff are always very accommodating and welcoming. I travel with my pets and they always go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Staff didn’t talk when you walk in the door just asked for id and visa room dirty used bedding gross room. No hit water. Stinks like smoke if I didn’t already pay I would have left

Run down Hotel. Closer to a motel than a 2 star Travelodge

They cancelled reservations 2 days before arrival due to plumbing issues.

Room was as expected, front end staff was nice and quick.

parking lot not very clean, no breakfast available, no ice or ice machine, no glasses in room, no mat to put wet snowy boots, no blanket, only sheets on bed, tv channels inadequate, no facial tissue. Only good thing about hotel was friendly staff.

When I arrived to the hotel my reservation was cancelled, and no one could tell me why this happened. The hotel Is a complete dump. I would strongly advise Expedia to remove themselves from 3 rd party booking of this hotel. Dirty, unorganized and old.
