Comfortable centre ville hotel; limited parking but we managed to get there in time for 2 days. very friendly people indeed and short walk only to bars and restaurants

Chambre tres propre, salle de bain sans reproches. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Salon parfait pour prendre un café et lire un bouquin. Petit déjeuner copieux et tres bon.

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et disponible. Le petit salon pour le thé et le café est très apprécié. Par contre, la chambre était très petite et s’y installer avec les bagages était compliqué. Le lit est petit également. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait et c’était plutôt chaud dans la chambre.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have a box of Kleenex in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the lobby coffee and tea service was excellent. Very close to the train station and bus terminal.

It’s is a wonderful basic hotel. But it has a parking, that is very rare to find in the center of Avignon for that price.

Same as my previous review. Stayed an extra day due to air France cancelling flight.

Nicely located within the walled city. Staff friendly and helpful. Whole city easily walkable. Breakfast has a good selection.

Staff was excellent, convenient

Super séjour, ce sont des gens trés sympathiques, le service d'accueil était agréable. Le lieu est beau et confortable. On reviendra.

Room was nice and cool - often hotel rooms too warm for me. Everything fairly basic but was not looking for more- just a bed to sleep.

The hotel and room were both very clean. While the room was functional overall, the very cheap chairs in the room brought it from Excellent to Good in my book. People at the hotel were excellent.

This is an older property, so the price probably reflects this. Soundproofing not great, so if you like to sleep in, ask for a room away from the lift. Reception is really helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is good. The street is quiet and safe. Only a ten min walk to the station and about the same for town centre.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel D’Angleterre while in Avignon. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Philippe was especially helpful in making recommendations for things to do.

Perfect position for visiting the town. The receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel was all we needed. Bedroom not totally sound proof but that usual but been in worse.

Very comfortable accommodation. Staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent location to shopping and restaurants.
