The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. I wish it'd been more authentic and less "fancy". I should also warn that the heat does not and has not worked in the camp in some time. We were fine in our baselayers and the down blanket provided but some people weren't aware and didn't plan ahead hence the warning now 😁. It was an incredible experience you should DEFINITELY take advantage of!

Nothing worked. No hot water. No power in room for accessories such as Cpap. Sporadic WiFi. Not as represented. Basic camp not luxury. Be careful.
