There is NOWHERE to pull up and check in to this property, and its location means there is no direct way to get to it unless you're coming along Bell St from the west (which is likely the most common I guess), but if you miss the last minute swerve off into a dual lane one way street (which the locals do at 70km/h), you're either doing loops or a U-turn on one of the business suburban streets in Melb. When you do get that right, there are maybe 15 parks out the front (so you can imagine how quickly they're taken), and not enough space to pull up for even a minute (poor road design, or give up two of those parks for check in purposes guys.. NOT hard). Calling the property number at 4.45pm its diverted to a central number, and the support staff have no idea and just hung up on me (and I wasn't rude). Got through to a helpful staff member half an hour later when I finally got a park nearby, who tried to send me the check in link twice, but it didn't work. He ended up just letting me in thankfully. The room was nice enough, well specced, but the carpets definitely need a refresh.. visible stains are not a good look. Bed was comfy, probably too soft for most people. Bathroom was clean and fresh, as was the Kitchen (full cooking facilities too) Receptionist the next morning was lovely and extra helpful, so its the central support that seem to need more location training. FIX YOUR CHECK-IN PROCESS and short term Parking access!!

Main TV did not work and could not get ac heating to work but apart from those 2 issues it was okay. Bed very comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable and clean. I was easily able to book an extra night and would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and had a nice kitchen and living area. had everything that you need. Great place to stay.

Staff were nice. Th apartment was not particularly clean and we were advise at check in that parking was booked out despite not being told we had to book it and there not being any street parking close by. There are better options in the area for same or similar rates.

Easy access and after hours support

The room was lovely and large but sadly noisy as l could hear people in the coradoors and children playing in another room. Was also disappointed there was no phone charging outlet in the walls. It did suit my needs as it was close to The repatriation hospital where l had to go the following day

Everything was lovely

clean and spacious property. Only thing lacking is Salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Fantastic queen room, with great room layout and a balcony. The only downside was when we returned at about midnight after a night out with friends, there was no hot water in the shower (nor the kitchen or bathroom taps), so we had to have cold showers, on a rainy and cold night. The hot water was back on in the morning. There are limited reception hours so we could not contact anyone. And when we went to check out in the morning, there was again no one at reception, so could not advise them of the situation
