The Old Woolhouse ligt aan een rustig straatje op een steenworp van de drukkere straten. Bezoek de in bont zandsteen opgetrokken kathedraal en het aan de noordkant van de stad gelegen kasteel dat centraal staat in de Engels Schotse geschiedenis. Carlisle is een ideale springplank voor de bezoeken aan het Lake District.

This apartment is a lovely place to stay when visiting Carlisle and the communication from Joanne was excellent. Also it is on a quiet street with parking normally available almost right outside. Top notch all round

I had a great stay,I booked the unit a day before my arrival and once booked I received all the check in info immediately, no key was needed all acess is through a keypad system which is nice.The unit was very spacious and cozy,I really liked the kitchen set-up,Carlisle is a wonderful city and fun to explore and the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the train station.

What an amazing stay. The apartment was in such amazing condition, and spotlessly clean. It was like a home from home, and situated so centrally it was perfect.

Central location. Fixtures and fittings first rate. Comfortable bed. Parking reasonably close. We will return. Can’t say fairer than that.

The location is excellent, close to the city center. The parking opportunities are limited, fortunately unloading and loading is possible in the street of the location. The apartment is well equipped and sizable. However, the windows pf apartment 3 are facing an inner court with a venting system of a restaurant. It produces strong kitchen smells during most of the day. It should be discussed with the owner how to reduce the smells (with scrubs, perhaps).

Apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was warm very clean and tidy, not far from the railway station,everything you need . The only thing that lets this apartment diwn is the noise outside from clubcard screaming and shouting outside
