Best irish breakfast in Ireland.A sitting area would be nice

Patricia was a wonderful host. Not only did she provide great food recommendations, she shared lots of historical perspectives of the area. Her place is wonderfully clean and the made-to-order breakfast was fantastic. If we make our way back to Ireland we will surely come back for another visit.

Clean, simple, with fantastic breakfast, very accommodating hostess and excellent dinner recommendations!

What a lovely guesthouse! It is spotlessly clean and quiet, and Patricia is a welcoming and gracious host. She prepares wonderful breakfasts each day. I highly recommend Mountain View if you want a Galway-area stay, a bit outside the city.

staff was friendly and welcoming place was homey and we loved our 5 night stay there

Patricia was an excellent hostess who made sure we were well taken care of. The room was very comfortable, and the location is in a rural location that is nonetheless easy to get to and from for nearby driving excursions. The Aughnanure Castle is only five minutes away. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une nuit au mountain view et nous avons été très contents. Accueil,chambre, propreté tout était parfait. Le petits déjeuner très bon. La propriétaire est très sympathique et aux petits soins.

Patricia was a wonderful hostess! The guest house is absolutely beautiful! Our room was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Patricia!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The rooms were spacious, charmingly decorated, and very comfortable. The location was absolutely beautiful, located in a quiet town with a fabulous old castle right down the road. What really made the trip great, however, was Patricia and her family. She was the most gracious and generous host, went out of her way several times to help us without being asked, helped give advice on the best pub for dinner, and much more. She asked what our plans were each morning, then checked in about how it went when we got back at the end of the day. She stood on the front steps to wave goodbye as we got in the taxi the morning we left. If you want to feel truly cared for during your stay, you must come here. I would come back in a heartbeat, and I’ve told my family they need to stay here if they’re ever in the area. Thank you Patricia & family!!

A warm welcome, comfortable beds and good breakf

Leider mussten wir zum Frühstück ins Dorf fahren. Aber das war OK. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Der Lichtschalter im Reduit müsste repariert werden.

The breakfast was great, all the food served was hot and had good quality. The beds were very comfortable. Patricia, the owner is extremely nice and easygoing. I recommend a lot. The homemade bread served hot was awesome. Thanks Patricia for the nice stay I had.

This is a charming place. The host is friendly and accommodating.

We had an incredible experience at the Mountain View Guest House! Patricia was extremely kind and accomodating. We arrived late asking to look ariund the area, and she actually drove us to the castle nearby to arrive there before closing. As well, we had an early morning tour and Patricia went out of her way to make us an early breakfast. She was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend her B&B to anyone.
