Great resort!! We upgraded to serenity and I think it was the only way to go because it opened up more pools and restaurants. Food was excellent, staff was attentive and fun, resort was clean and beautiful!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Excellent property! Very quite and friendly. Wonderful views all around the property. Dining options are very good and the buffet was one of the better ones I have experienced at an all inclusive. They have plenty of activities at the resort and upgrading to the Serenity package was definitely worth it. Only regret I have was not getting the swim out room! Will absolutely be back.

Overall, the property was maintained very well. It was very clean. Modern amenities. The room had a huge balcony with a Jacuzzi. Very technologically, friendly, including a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was a great size with separation of closet and toilet. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge always stocked. Room service was decent and delivered in a decent timeframe usually 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The cocktails were good especially at the sports bar where they made craft cocktails. Dinner options were good. Buffet options were great. Liked the balance of a pool area that was lively with DJ and live music and then having the option to go to the quiet circle pool on the other side of the resort. Resort was a good size everything walkable and bars and restaurants were in the same building. Unfortunately the beach was unusable due to the sargassum seaweed and it did release an order.It seemed the staff was attempting to clean it every morning, but it just took over. Regardless our stay was very pleasant.

They are building a resort right next to it. Construction was waking up at 7am with drilling and loud bangs. Even turned on the tv to muzzle the sound but it was a no go.

We loved the property. It was large enough to explore but small enough to walk to the pools and restaurants. We wish they had more sports courts but it was a really beautiful place. The pools are saltwater and very clean.

It was clean and quiet, also foods were amazing.

Great place! My first all inclusive and it was my honeymoon so it was a bit hard to be critical. Friendly staff very clean and great restaurants! Opportunities for the property: - A welcome tour of the property after arrival would improve confidence wondering around and knowing where areas were having events - Maybe on the website a little heads up of the seaweed season the smell was a suprise but they did a great job cleaning up the beaches the best they could!

The Serenity package was lovely and made our stay fantastic.

We truly enjoyed the swim out suite which was a game changer. Olio's restaurant was amazing. The convenience and condition of the facilities was great. Could not get in thr water due to too much seaweed.

Rooms are top notch. The service is impeccable. All staff are extremely nice and helpful.

The staff are amazing and very attentive. The property is beautiful. Great pools and activities. Most of the dining was good. Everything you could ask for from an all inclusive resort and then some!
