Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!!

After paying nearly Rs 20K for 2 nights, the hotel staff informed us that the rooms are not available. This was after we had reached the hotel in the night with a confirmed booking and having made 100% payment. They arranged for our stay at a lodge opposite the hotel and did not even refund us any money.

While the rooms were OK , it was overpriced fro the facilities provided . On top of it , they only accepted cash with no Invoice . This is terrible . I could not claim as expenses in absence if GST bill

It’s up to you to accept or not, so far I’ll booked so many hotels thru your apps, but this worse. No hot water, bathroom looks ugly, beds are same like lodge types.
