Clean room. Very friendly/helpful staff

This hotel was generally good. It was clean, secure, had a reasonably good location (15 mins walk to Victoria Square), and with the exception of being unable to get us a taxi the staff were very helpful. There are also good parking options across the street, which the hotel gets a 50% discount at meaning it was £11 per night for parking which is cheap. However, it is a VERY basic hotel which we paid over £320 for one night which is just ridiculous for Belfast. Anything over £180-200 per night for this place is too much.

Room was lovely and had everything we needed, staff were so friendly and helpful, food was amazing 100% recommend if you’re coming to the city.

Spotless rooms, helpful staff, beautiful views. Well worth the price

There was great security. We needed a key card to get in the elevator and again to get into the hallway where our rooms were located. This made us feel very safe.

New hotel with large rooms and great bathrooms. Very clean. The breakfast was okay - not great. The location is great for the titanic experience and St. George’s market. A cab ride or long walk to some locations in city Centre.

Great hotel within walking distance to central Belfast. All staff were friendly and accommodating especially Billy in the breakfast dining area . Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Belfast .

Awesome stay all around and at a very reasonable price. Located opposite of the Titanic Museum.

Couldn’t get over how helpful and nice all the staff where.

The hotel has a good location, big room and comfortable bed. But about rooms 101 and 102. The colaenes to the fitness suite is very disturbing. I was woken at 06.00 by the thrumming of someone Running on the threadmill and it was so loud it was impossible to go back to sleep!

Clean, spacious, good location

The mattress was the worse I’ve ever had in my life. It actually squeaked every time either of us moved. Extremely uncomfortable. For the very high price we paid, this is unacceptable. In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Great location, everything we needed in an hotel and really helpful staff.

Room was clean , staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Spacious, clean rooms. Poorly equipped regarding lighting and mirrors for hair and make up but otherwise very comfortable. Poorly replenished breakfasts but tasty food when available
