This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I changed my room 3 times for a 9 night stay in which I stayed 3 of them in the hospital. when I first arrived to the hotel my room was so dirty. Every single surface was dirty. I requested to change my room. The next room was a little better. However, the construction outside was unbearable. I didn’t care at the time because I was checking into the hospital for surgery the following night. upon arriving back to the hotel post operation, needing a lot of rest, I could not sleep because the construction noise was unbelievably loud. I called Expedia right away asking for assistance. They informed me that a member name MERT, would be calling me and switching my room and that they would assist me with my Bags because I was not able to lift due to the surgery. I waited and still no call. I went downstairs, and he informed me that there’s currently no rooms available and to try again later. However, I kept pushing back and automatically he was able to assign me a room right away, which lets me know he was just lying and being lazy. The bag guy in the front eventually came to my room and gave me an attitude because all my bags were not packed and I expressed to him that I can’t lift that’s why I needed his help. I would have gave him a nice tip if he was not so rude. The 3rd room was much better and the noise went away. That night, I was awaken in my sleep as there was a couple entering my room .
