Place is fine, staff is friendly. The place needs a little maintenance though with the blinds and cabinets. Also felt bad making the ladies at the front desk get up every time we needed to get into the hotel since they have to open the door for us. They should get them a buzzer or something. Would stay again because the suites are big and price is fair and the street view from the rooms are nice.

Close to everything, kitchen great for small meals, the receptionists are unaware of the towels or sheets and therefore do not help. Bed sheets and towels are not changed during your stay.

The apartment was great. Staff was attentive to needs. Communication could be better prior to check-in. Very difficult to get in contact with anyone by email or phone. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again in the future.

Contraté una habitación de 87m y me dieron una de 50 o menos. Tuvieron muy mala actitud los del establecimiento incluso queriéndome convencer de que si era de 87 o más cuando era obvio que no, el espacio media alrededor de 13 de largo por no mas de 3.5m de ancho, la mitad de lo contratado (terminaron culpando a Expedia por el “malentendido”). Ademas olía a marihuana en los pasillos. No había jabón en la regadera.

Muy buen lugar para pasear por el centro de la ciudad y poder desayunar como en casa, tienes todo alrededor para hacer más amena la experiencia, hasta una verdulería hay a unas cuadras. Excelente atención del personal de la residencia.

Great location to amazing restaurants and bakery shops. Make sure to check you ideal bakery it is a must go to spot and you’re only blocks away.Just outside of the hotel there is a coffee shop right next door.

En general todo está súper bien con este hotel, buena atención, zona tranquila, bien ubicado con varios retiraríamos y tiendas cercanas, me encantó este hotel, sin duda volvería

Todo muy bien !! Mi recomendación seria dejar otras dos toallas en el baño, y otro rollo de papel. y si fuera posible que el baño tuviera una luz mas fuerte. La puerta de entrada solo nos funciono con la lave. La gente que nos atendió fue amable. Muchas gracias.

Fantastic place to stay. Right in historical canter and close to metro station, restaurants, museums. Super staff. Extremely clean.

La ubicación es perfecta, es un apartamento bastante equipado, muy buen precio y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar.

La atención estuvo muy bien, hacen la limpieza diario y es una suite muy práctica sobre todo para estancias largas.

Las habitaciones son bastante espaciosas, tienen un sofá cama bastante amplio, por si deseas pagar alguna persona adicional. Todo está perfecto hay algo que sí, que aunque no depende de ellos, pudiera resultar un punto a considerar cuando hay alguna actividad y se cierra el centro histórico o el área de la Alameda. Resulta un poco complicado tomar el transporte, ya que el tráfico se pone verdadera muy, pero fuera de eso es 1 a bastante recomendable todos los servicios están excelente
