Amazing hotel, great room, great location. We chose this hotel for the spa facilities, which were fantastic. The one issue we had was that contrary to most of Central Europe’s spa hygiene standards, this hotel requires guests to wear their sweaty, wee bathing suits throughout the sauna, steam room and pool facilities.

Hotel staff and facilities were 5 star all the way. The pool and spa are a must see and use as is the restaurant and Cozy bar. Location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to every major area and attraction. 5 nights were not enough.

Tutto perfetto, personale fantastico

Location of the hotel is very good, close walking distance (about 15-20 min) to the Old Town, and about 10 minutes to the Palace of Culture and Science. Breakfasts are excellent, especially the a la carte orders. Unfortunately there was only one coffee machine in the breakfast area, and it was broken 2 out of 5 days I stayed there. Staff was unhelpful when we (several guests) reported that the coffee machine is broken and on other days there was no black coffee available (no black coffee capsules, there was just flavoured coffee). There are two restaurants. The one on the 6th floor has very small portion sizes. The dinner order is smaller than your average appetizer. For example, for the tuna and radish salad I had literally one tiny radish (the size of a quarter) split into 4 pieces and 3 tiny squares of raw tuna. 3 bites for the entire meal. Luckily, they also serve it with fresh bread. The bread and butter was excellent. Poland has the best bread in the entire world.

Flot og elegant lobby med hurtige elevatorer. Dejligt og roligt spa-område. Upersonligt og mørkt indrettet værelse. Fin morgenmad.

We really loved the room we stayed in. I would not rate the level of service and staff's attitude as a 5 star hotel thou.

Amazing room that far exceeded my expectations. Everything was high quality with great attention to detail. Staff was great and the bar tenders were friendly and made great cocktails. What more could you want?

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und grosszügig gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war perfekt.

Byggnaden som hotellet huserar har en lång och intressant historia. Så läs på. Själva arkitektur är art deco och interiören är väldigt diskret. Det är stilrent och väldigt dolt. Alltid kul med gäster som är på besök första gången och försöker hitta vägen ut från hotellet. Då dörren till entrén är svår att urskilja från väggen. Service och städning är väldigt bra. Internationell frukost har det man kan tänka sig och man kan även beställa från en meny en mer tillagad frukost. SPA erbjuder utmärk massage mot kostnad samt gratis bastu, ångbastu och pool fram till midnatt varje dag. Mitt boende var på sjätte våningen. Rummen är kompletta, stora och tysta. Det finns gott om utrymme att förvara kläder. Har inget att anmärka. Problemet är korridoren utan heltäckningsmatta så det hörs väldigt tydligt när personer går i korridoren utanför. Det finns golvvärme i badrummet men jag lärde mig aldrig vilken knapp som slog på golvvärmen. Säkerhetsskåpet var svårt att låsa. Och andra små irriterande detaljer, men annars är hotellet helt underbart.
