Estadia maravilhosa, lugar lindo, quarto mto bom, café da manhã ótimo, pessoas muito simpáticas

Muito bom hotel, excelente qualidade. Pontos positivos: equipe, limpeza, qualidade do serviço e pratos servidos no restaurante. Pontos negativos: escada para usar o banheiro do quarto, temperatura da água do chuveiro não mantinha (esquenta e esfria com mínimo de movimento), valor apresentado no menu não é exatamente o que cobram ao final do checkout.

My husband and I had an amazing time on our stay. The property is so stunning and dreamy with breathtaking views of Val D'Orcia. We were pleased with the ample parking and an EV charging station on site. Staff also offered to assist with luggage, dinners and the complimentary breakfast were delicious, and the office was so accommodating with our wedding shoot prep and early check-in. Shout-out to Roberta, property manager, and al for making it a fantastic stay!

It was very clean, excellent service and communication with every staff member was great, location was incredible, and overall a very pleasant stay. If you have the opportunity, the stay is great!

I had an amazing stay at Borgo Sant’Ambrogio Resort. The property is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was warm and friendly which made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable stay in Tuscany.

Nice area and property is in good conditions. Restaurants are good and staffs are friendly. It is a good option for a getaway. I just wish my room had a window than just the door to get some fresh air.

Incrível, hotel o local maravilhosos

The property itself is truly beautiful, with excellent views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, Restaurant was good. the restaurant staff were also polite and courteous. However, we were disappointed by the service from the rest of the staff, particularly at reception. Given that this is a five-star hotel, we expected a higher standard of hospitality. We were traveling with large suitcases and needed assistance getting to and from our room, especially since the property includes several steps. Not only was help not proactively offered, but when we did request assistance, the staff’s response was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. Even when we expressed our thanks for the minimal help we eventually received, the attitude remained dismissive. For a hotel of this caliber, guest service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, the lack of warmth and professionalism from some of the staff left a negative impression. Also, the bathroom trash was already full when we arrived at the room. The location and beauty surrounding the property more than makes up for the lack of service, however don’t come here expecting a 5-star service.

This was a very disappointed stay. No where near 5 star service they claim. Room were only equipped with heaters, no aircon available. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked being refilled. Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. Only after waiting for the end of breakfast could we receive the towel. This place claims to be quiet luxury, but it was overfilled with people and lacked basic services. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
