Muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de Santa Justa e entre a Plaza de España e centro histórico. Não oferece café da manhã mas tem snacks, cereais, sucos e máquina de café disponível durante o dia.

Hotel muito bom. Muito bem localizado Apenas poderiam orientar melhor quanto a informacao de como parar o carro no estacionamento antes do check in pois precisa de um cartao especifico para abrir o parking. De resto, tudo ótimo.

Mycket bra hotell, nära till allt i sevärdheter och alla restauranger och Gamla stan. Personalen mycket trevlig Rummet rent och snyggt, vi var 2 par som hade helt olika karaktär då det ena var mer modernt och nyrenoverat och det andra i mer gammal stil. Stora balkongdörrar ut med gatan och servering, hörde dock bilar och ljud från uteserveringarna Kan varmt rekommendera

The building combines two hotels - Dona Manuela and Puerta de Sevilla. The staff were excellent in the check in process and explaining the building layout. Fruit, coffee/tea were available in the lobby to the guests. There was also a lovely sun terrace on the 3rd floor with lots of seats and tables to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The room was comfortable - just big enough for two people and luggage - with big windows overlooking the street below. The bathroom was bright and clean, though the shower was a bit of a tight area. The beds were not super comfortable.

The hotel was excellent in many respects. It deserves mote than 1☆. The balconies were small but gave an extra dimension to the very comfortable room. The location is perfect for 24 Parking and resteraunts aplenty.

Ubicación muy conveniente para salir a dar un paseo o salir a comer; sin embargo, mucho ruido de noche y madrugada ocasionado por la recogida de basuras a las 2am o montaje de las terrazas a las 7am con gritos del personal.

The hotel is great , our stay was very comfortable, it is well located , near all the attractions,in the center of the city, the staff are great and helpful too. They have no kitchen, but they offer an open buffet where they have coffee milk tea fruits snacks water and juice for free. And for whom it may concern they bidet in the bathroom.

Some noise till midnight and at 7 am. Very dark room and good bed. Had difficulty finding the hotel since reception was in a connected hotel, they could have said that ahead.

The hotel's location is its strongest asset, offering fantastic access to all the main attractions. Being able to step out the door and be in the heart of the city was incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, the positives largely ended there. My room was quite small and felt dated, in need of a serious refresh. The most significant problem, however, was the complete lack of soundproofing. It genuinely made no difference whether the windows were open or closed. Throughout the night, I was kept awake by a constant barrage of noise from street traffic and loud conversations from nearby terraces. To make matters worse, I was woken up every single morning between 6:30 and 7:00 AM by the deafening sound of a truck collecting glass bottles right below my window. It was an unavoidable and jarring start to the day. While the location is top-notch, the poor quality of the room and the incessant noise made it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who isn't an extremely heavy sleeper.
