This hotel needs a drastic upgrade booked for 2 nights could only stomach 1

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Broken window unable to open for ventilation. Not very good for health and safety. As you can see in the pictures they’re not very clean either. Booked a sea view Room was roasting hot and had little to no sleep. Asked reception for a fan was told £20 deposit cash went to get cash and it was given to another guest. Asked to move rooms but was fully booked. Only stayed one night instead of two as was not willing to have another sleepless night. Only option for vegetarian breakfast was toast. Hotel in a good location but everything else should put you off booking.

Room was very clean and bright. Made very welcome on arrival by a lovely receptionist.

stayed before enjoyed it this time was arwful went down for breakfast no room number on table so asked man in white shirt he looed on table map then asked r u only bed and breakfast we said yes he replyed we don`t set table numbers for them i`ll try and find you a table we h ad the embarrassment of this for 3 days in front of other dinners we felt degradid then the lift broke down for 3 days we are two 75 year olds asmatics cut my arm on a peace of wood sticking up on the back rest of the seating facing the small bar . its a shame we did like it there i know the can`t odds the lift breaking down but the restaurant the restaurant should of had a table number on its easy to change after breakfast so fore us it was an arwful experience .

The staff in the restaurant were absolutely brilliant they couldn't do enough for us and the staff on reception were very good also

Only criticism would be that, if I’m paying xtra for a sea view, I’d expect to be able to see through the window …and I couldn’t Nor could our friends, in the room below. So until you sought your windows out, you shouldn’t charge xtra Other than that everything else was ok

The breakfast menu was fresh and the room clean

Decent hotel, ideally located, great food and friendly staff. Despite a lift, there was still some steps to our room, so if you have someone who struggles, then check accessibility before booking.

Staff very friendly, room nice and clean and the whole evening entertainment was absolutely A1 first class

We had a sea view room well furnished and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, quality plentiful food the service in the restaurant is very good the entertainment in the 2 concert rooms was excellent we will definitely go again

Very lovely hotel beautiful breakfast and room very clean. Staff was very nice. Excellent entertainment aswell. We really enjoyed our holiday will be back for our 4th time next year. Thank u for having us.

We got a parking spot on the front of the hotel checked 3pm room ok for a few nights , evening meal starter ,main ,plus sweet ,tea coffee served at your table Evening entertainment was in two different rooms which artists switched around with bingo before hand ,we had good artists every night , breakfast was full english with toast waffles juice etc ,

The hotel itself is in a good position & in a quieter area, away from all the drunks, but it is in need after some TLC, I realise its an old building, but it really does need some £ spending on it, tv remote not working & you have to pay £20 deposit for remote for air conditioning, why? Wouldn't go back, would rather pay more for better hotel.

Every thing is well organised clean and well run.staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast good and plentiful overall a good hotel

Lovely breakfast staff very helpful also very good service to disabled people nice entertainment each evening the rooms are clean but can be a bit small in the standard rooms
