The worst stay I’ve ever had in my entire life.. paid 34K for a property that had dirty water coming from shower and smelly surrounding.. I regret booking with Wotif and staying at guesthouser

I have been moved to a different property with an excuse of fire at the property. I have been informed that we will be moved to 1 BHK ( 3 units ) . When we arrived we were moved to 2 BHK ( 2 units ) and the Total was less than what i have paid for the original location. .

They stood me up with my 5 year old boy and elders in my family for 8 hours even when I had booked and paid for the villa in advance. The phone number they provided phone numbers which where not contactable. Eventually I contacted the providers through customer service in Sydney. They demanded more money putting me in a difficult situation. I will not recommended them and the utilities are Brocken down dangerous electrical wiring . Terrible network connection and never had the television channels as they advertise. Dodgy as you can get. Extremely disappointed.
