Breakfast was awesome and friendly staff

This is a very good property offering a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. It’s also very close to St. Andrew’s, and much more affordable than the hotels there. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. There was a little damage to the walls around my window sill, but nothing major. Service in the restaurant for Saturday night dinner was slow. It took 15 minutes to get cocktails. Our appetizers came out with our main courses, and they were a bit cold. We addressed our concerns with the manager, and were given a discount on our dinner, which was very much appreciated. With all that said, I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect, food was good, room clean and nice, staff amazing.

Not only was I able to access my room early but I specifically asked for a quiet room and they got me the quietest room in the hotel. It was wonderful!

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish the hotel had provided face cloths in the bathroom.

We had a nice room which was very clean and an excellent bathroom with a large walk in shower which is one of the best I have ever had

The room was lovely, really large and also had A/C which was great. Lovely staff. Breakfast good (but a tiny bit pricey). Would definitely stay again

Whole stay was just amazing

Our room(309) was very comfort, quiet, plenty space and loved the decor, only negative thing I would say was the bedroom units needed a dust. Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly. We came down to the bar area at 5.30pm to have a drink and a sandwich before heading out to an event and the barman kindly organised the sandwiches for us, as sandwiches usually stop at 5pm. We couldn't get parked in the hotel car park which is £15 a night but the car park about 3 minutes walk away is free after 6pm on a Saturday till 1pm Sunday. Breakfast was good apart from the hot food being a bit cold. Would definitely come back.

We had a fabulous overnight stay. The room was spotless, bed was super comfy and the staff were lovely. We will be back.

What was once one of my favoritehotels seems to be falling on hard times. Common area carpets are stained, bathroom shower stall had moldy caulk and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken for the entire stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and room, with lovely common spaces as well. We did not use the restaurant as ate out in the city including breakfast from a great little cafe van near the V&A but this is a good amenity should you need it Only thing I’d mark this down for is the location - it’s not the nicest walk into the city centre whichever route you take so other hotels are probably better located if you’re arriving by train but this has parking if you’re coming by car

Super schöne und saubere Zimmer. TV Fernbedienung fehlte, wurde jedoch nach unserer Reklamation aufs Zimmer gebracht. Ein Lift sowie die automatischen Eingangstüren waren ausser Betrieb. Frühstück war super und das Personal gibt trotz Unterbesetzung alles.

Clean room, good size and well appointed. Didn't use hotel facilities and little interaction with staff so unable to comment here. Would definitely return!

A beautifully repurposed mill. The staff and service here was excellent, from dinner to breakfast, they went out of their way to be helpful (and the food was good too)
