Nice and spacious room Cleaned properly and the beddings smells so fresh. I would recommend

Not bad for 1 night staying

The rooms are decent for a short time stay. The staff that greeted us was very rood. The parking looks scary and unclean.

The place was welcoming

It was terrible experince. The AC was too noisy and carpet was flooded from AC water outlet. Smell was not controlled

Hotel was as described.

The management was okay, but the hotel room was not tidy or clean upon arrival. The biggest issue occurred at around 5:00 a.m. when the fire alarm in our room suddenly started ringing for no apparent reason. We called the front desk, but no one answered. We then went to the reception in person and asked for assistance in turning it off or at least checking the issue. The staff member told us that there was no one else available and that they could not help, instructing us to figure it out ourselves. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering it was a safety-related issue and happened in the middle of the night.

It was clean, great staff and very quiet.

The rooms need some renovations, water damage in the ceiling, stripping paints, stained carpets strange smell through the hotel. Dingy showers and sink bowls. Parking was limited so you need a parking pass to park at the other businesses near by. Staff were pretty nice the one on my first night was on his phone the whole time and didnt realize I was there at the front desk to check in at2:00am. The area is very convenient & lots of places to eat. If you need a place to crash & you dont care for cleanliness then its cool.

Stayed here on June 16, 2026, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The elevator smelled awful, our room had no shower curtain, and we were only given one towel for four people. When we asked the front desk to fix the shower curtain, then staff refused, claiming no staff was available to help. To top it off, the breakfast was an absolute scam. Zero customer service and awful maintenance.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again, the tile floor around the jetted tub was cracked into pieces, didn’t look clean enough to get in anyways, there was no smoke alarm in our room, just hanging wires from the ceiling, 4th floor had 4 rooms, no elevator access, the sheets did not smell clean, the pillows were dirty and we won’t get get started about the handprinted stains on the walls….. the carpets in the hallway had ridges in them that you tripped over while walking, not a single staff member around to find things. They definitely say you get what you pay for.

Iv gotten lots of hotel rooms of expidia.ca. but this hotel is the worst i ever been too. The place was very dirty holes in curtains stains on floor bathroom dirty and light switche plate broken. The carpet in hallway are lifted trip hazard the elevator stunk really bad. And when we were checking in the the guy thought it was more important to talk on the phone in a different language while dealing with our checking in could not ask a question to him he was hurrying us along. There's no way you should be in a hotel like this really bad

This place is terribly behind with maintenance. A bad odor three out the building. We stepped into the room and decided to walk out. We where not going to spend the night in this dump. lost $200 but even we have our limits. never again.

Bathroom leaking right to the carpet in the bedroom, I complained after checking in on 06/12/26 until I checked out on 06/14/2026, No solution. No shower gel, bathing soap, lotion, etc. I personally went back to the front desk and spoke to the lady on shift at about 9:30 am to have my beddings changed, nothing was done until I left. She claimed that she was the only one during available the shift and couldn't leave. I requested for mere towels because they advised me to drop the other ones to the floor to soak the water and they never brought them to me. The next day prior to checking out I had to go and get two towels myself.

The staff were so helpful especially the one young lady she wenyond helpful she was fantastic thank you. The room was extremely clean I love this motel
