It was great to stay

Buen hotel, bien ubicado! limpio y habitaciones espaciosas!

It's a very good place to stay for a nice price. Close to the subway station. Clean hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast is simple but there is also a supermarket nearby to buy a few things to complete for a good breakfast. I would definitely go back. Thank you guys.

Just a short walk from the East Broadway station on the F line. There’s no elevators or escalators going downstairs at that station (there are escalators for part of the way up), so be aware of that if you have luggage. The room was clean and small, as advertised. They let us store our stuff when we got there before checkin and they sell inexpensive bottled water in the lobby, so that was nice. If you need a stay downtown, this is a good one.

The reception staff are not the most friendly people. They ensure that they start and end your stay with on a really bitter note. When going for a lower cost hotel you expect to get less in terms of offering but I don’t feel because I have not paid top dollar, I should be treated like trash. Honestly I would recommend you all take your business elsewhere. Even if you pay a little bit more, it’s worth it. The location in China town is also not ideal and you end up being quite far from a lot of places.

The heat didn’t work in the room. It was cold that night outside then had to come into a cold room

Great location, no frills but clean, the desk staff

The room was reasonably priced and quite clean.Very small with two mattresses on a platform (no bed springs) and a small desk. No closet, night stands or mini-fridge. Breakfast was as basic as I’ve seen- coffee, juice, yogurt, cold cereal, bagels (not the NY kind)), fruit, and English muffins. Location was near Chinatown and close to F line of subway. We asked them to hold our bags for us after checkout and were told it would be $6 per bag if we didn’t get them by 5pm. (never had this happen at a hotel) Some staff friendly, some not (particularly front desk).

We have a great experience walking around to iconic places and eat some diversity food. Good prices and amazing taste. We definitely be back to the hotel.

It was ok. The staff were great. However the hotel itself was lacking in amenities. The tv and heating system was difficult to work.

Perfect for a work trip. Very clean as well & quiet. Took the shower a long time to heat up.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. The neighborhood is no so nice but once you’re in it’s a good value.

Excellent location to Chinatown & Little Italy

Cerca de estación de tren a 5 minutos y un area segura.Habitación limpia. Estadia de dos dias así que fue suficiente y excelente para tan pocos dias. Habitacion pequeña y sin closet.El desayuno bien para pocos dias un buena alternativa carbohidratos, cafe y jugos y frutas.

They still can do better

Property is clean, bed it comfortable & has a nice large bathroom for space. It's location is convenient for my needs.

Very clean and well maintained, towels changed daily. Self- service breakfast of cereal/toast/muffins. A bit of a walk to see the 'sights, but seemed safe enough. Bus and subway nearby, not many taxis pass through this area.
