Le hace falta una reforma general Ya. La habitacion con un sofà cama que era antiguo y sucio però sucio. Havia hormigas y mosquitos Dios mio fui a otro hotel al lado casi de este y no habia ni mosquitos ni hormigas. Piscina climatitzada no entiendo que este el agua fria. Por favor que en la guia sanitària de canarias climatitzada es entre 24 a 30 grados. Lastima de hotel por que Tiene buena ubicacion el precio muy correcto y personal atento. El spa tambien agua poco climatitzada

The complex was lovely, playa flamingo was great… lovely bars and restaurants kind of attached to the hotel towards a beautiful cove and sandy beach.. our room…. Was ok, apart from the bathroom it was a disabled wet room that was a nightmare when you showered water went everywhere 😫

The area was great on top of flamingo beach, the apartments was ok for 3 people in. We did have a drainage problem we reported but unfortunately the smell didn’t go away. We was self catering didn’t have food there, but all drinks was house spirits when we did buy one. The pools was nice same problem as always sunbeds availability. We will be booking a Vila in future . It’s a nice small complex for people who like everything without leaving , all inclusive people. Sadly we had to go quite far for decent restaurants.

Rooms absolutely outdated, old and dirty, sofas very dirty patches everywhere, kitchen furniture can close properly, table broken and dirty, shower licking when use, one of the lamps from the room electroshock my husband, bed very uncomfortable, mosquitos everywhere dead with blood in the wall from previous guests. Absolutely disgusting- no ideal for a family holidays- I have photos / videos which support this.

Great hotel, friendly staff and animation team, very tasty food with many options, many activities for kids around and in the pool.

Kiva alue ja hotelli. Mukava henkilöstö. Palvelut lähellä. Huono puoli oli että huoneistossa oli hyttysiä melko, jostakin ne tulivat vaikka ovet ja ikkunat olivat kiinni. Toinen huono puoli oli että suihkusta tuli vesi lattialle.

L'appartement était bien joli Propre, ménage fait régulièrement. Equipment cuisine suffisant. On était dans une partie calme et a deux pas de la plage. Aperçu de la mer depuis la terrasse.

There was a lot of steps ..although ramps in the main areas to push prams etc …you still had to negotiate steps …not good when you have baby’s or have mobility problems ..witnessing women having to haul suitcases prams and children up said stairs

Vue depuis notre chambre ( colle a restaurant ) moches ... Si non propreté et correct, douche bouche, lavabo aussi... Nourriture correct 3 sur 5

Great location, close to restaurants, shops and beach. Clean accommodation, great views from balcony. A few pools to chose from.

Huoneet olivat hyvin epäsiistissä kunnossa: vanhoja vesivahinkoja, likaisia päällisiä, murtumia seinissä ja kaakeleissa. Kodinkoneet vanhat. Henkilökunta oli melko pahantuulista.

Can’t fault the accommodation, location, food, service, all staff especially the entertainment team who worked endlessly to ensure kids had fun! Overall great experience and will definitely return!

Jolis Bungalows propres et bien placés face à la plage et dans un environnement exotique. La salle d'eau d'eau bénéficie dune grande douche mais l'étanchéité n'est pas efficace si bien que l'eau envahit la pièce et le sol peut-être glissant. Pas beaucoup de places de stationnement à proximité.

Spotless Room, plenty of space for a family of 3. Great swimming pools and entertainment throughout the day. Polite and helpful staff. 2nd year of staying in this hotel and it never fails to impress or deliver.
