Everything is great facility is clean and rooms are very nice and clean as expected only bad thing is the hot water other then that suit terraza imperial is a great place to stay would defenitly will come back

3 horas nos tuvieron en el lobby esperando por un cuarto disponible según ellos estaban full y en esas 3 horas en el lobby nadie hizo check out terrible el servicio al cliente y demasiado ruido

Good place I spend just for one night but was very good, kitchen 100% good and the bed was good too :) congrats!

WiFi very spotty, not even a full signal. No hot water at 7:30 am. Sheets were stained as well as bedspread.

During my stay, we experienced a moderate earthquake. The hotel handled it with great professionalism and concern for safety. They made sure all the guests and staff were secure and comfortable.
